DAMNABLE HERESIES: “Woke” Christians conforming to this Godless society by rewriting and even denying Scripture

“There were false prophets also among the people, even as there shall be false teachers among you, who privily shall bring in damnable heresies, even denying the Lord that bought them, and bring upon themselves swift destruction.” – 2nd Peter 2:1

As I’m known widely as an uncompromising Bible thumper, who forms my views, values, and morals, strictly from the Word of God, I don’t fit in with our ever-growing “progressive” liberal society. I hold firmly to traditional Biblical beliefs. Thus I have been deeply concerned that many so-called pastors and priests are cowering to today’s “woke” mob, who desire to cancel everything that doesn’t align with their radical agenda, by purposely misinterpreting and even rewriting God’s Word.

These men and women are whom the Holy Bible dubs false prophets, and who Lord Jesus referred to as “wolves in sheep’s clothing.” Outwardly, they profess to be Christians – believers in the God of the Bible. But though they may look, talk, and act like Christians, inwardly they are ignorant – or even willful – servants of Satan.

No true follower of Jesus, or believer in our Father in Heaven, could ever say that the Holy Bible is NOT the Word of God; or that our sinless Saviour and Lord was racist and “Genderqueer.” Yet, believe it or not, there are people who identify as “Christian” teachers actually saying these heretical things today! Just a year ago, a believer would be shocked and disgusted to hear even atheists make such blasphemous false claims against our Lord; but to actually hear so-called “children of God” floating these lies is just more proof that we are in the Last Days. All of these claims are completely unBiblical and straight from the pit of Hell.

Last month, a Christian “pastor” of a “progressive” church in Tennessee preached that the Holy Bible is NOT God’s Word. He can’t call himself a pastor of the Lord then! This guy, Joshua Scott of GracePoint Church in Nashville, told his congregation that the Bible “isn’t: the Word of God – a science book – an answer/rule book – inerrant or infallible.” Wow. This man is an apostate! How he is allowed to remain leader of a church is beyond me. He is leading all those following him astray.

Now, let me counter all of his lies. The Bible isn’t a science book? In the scriptures, the LORD has been more accurate about science than the most celebrated scientists of this world. I gave many examples of God stating scientific facts in His Word thousands upon thousands of years earlier than modern scientists in my recent episode of the Signs of Our Times on YouTube (Episode 39). I also gave many reasons why the Bible is the only “answer/rulebook” that has ever, or will ever, matter.

God’s Word has all the answers to life we will ever need; and since the LORD is the Creator of everything seen and unseen, then that means He gets to make the rules. There are over 600 sins mentioned in the Holy Bible – over 600 things that God commands us not to do. How can you say that it is not a rule book?! You aren’t reading the same Holy Book that I am if that’s the case. Next, he actually had the gall to claim that the Word of God is not inerrant or infallible? Shame on this backslidden man.

There are NO contradictions or errors in the Holy BIble. Not one. I’ve read it front to back over a dozen times, and I’ve studied it diligently every day for 15 years. I have not discovered any inconsistency in God’s Word. If you have, show me! I can guarantee that you have misinterpreted the text. It is this “pastor” who is in error – never the LORD! The Bible was penned by God Himself, through His Spirit. When you say that the Word is anything but perfect, then you are calling God a bad Author. Good luck with that in the end. I wouldn’t wanna be in your shoes as a critic of your Creator.

In an interview with The Christian Post, Scott said that he did believe “some parts” of the Bible to actually be God’s Word. Seriously? If you believe that “some” of the Bible isn’t true, then why would all of it not be true? I have said it a hundred times before – either you believe it ALL or not at all! You can’t call yourself a Christian if you don’t believe all of the Holy Bible. You’re an impostor. A fake. You can’t know Jesus Christ and why He’s the Son of God, promised Messiah, and Saviour of the world, if you don’t read and believe all of the Bible.

Even if you say you believe the New Testament, and just not the Old, your Faith would be questionable and rocky. Jesus can only be recognized as Christ by fulfilling EVERY Old Testament prophecy about the Messiah. If you don’t know the prophecies He was sent to fulfill, then He would just be another religious spiritual leader claiming to be someone special. By knowing the entirety of the Holy Bible, we have a SURE WORD of prophecy and an unwavering faith that He is Who He said He was and is.

A Pastor is someone chosen by other believers as a shepherd of a portion of the Lord’s flock because of possessing a superior knowledge of the Word of God. You aren’t elected to lead dozens, hundreds, or even thousands, of other Christians simply because you hold some degree or have rich and powerful parents. No. You are selected as a spiritual father of a family because they trust you to guide them spiritually and morally regarding every pressing issue in life according to the Word of our God. If you say that you only believe “some” of God’s Word, then you are no better a Biblical adviser to them than a car salesman. You are nothing more than a worldy self-help guru. You are not a man speaking on behalf of the LORD.

“Study to shew thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth.” – 2nd Timothy 2:15

A Christian teacher is told to study in order to find approval with God. Study what? HIS WORD! In the same verse, Paul calls the Bible the Word of TRUTH. If you don’t believe all of it, then you don’t believe the Truth. Period. End of story. This man running a church in Tennessee is no pastor, and I would venture to say that he is not a man of God. He is an apostate. Plain and simple.

Now, to his most blasphemous claim – that the Bible is NOT the Word of God. What does the LORD say about the Holy Bible?

“To this man will I look, even to him that is poor and of a contrite spirit, and trembleth at my WORD, saith the LORD.” – Isaiah 66:2

“Is not my WORD like as a fire? saith the Lord; and like a hammer that breaketh the rock in pieces?” – Jeremiah 23:29

“Jesus said, It is written, Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every WORD that proceedeth out of the mouth of God.” – Matthew 4:4

“Jesus said, Blessed are they that hear the WORD of God, and keep it.” – Luke 11:28

“Jesus said, Father, Sanctify them through thy truth: thy WORD is truth.” – John 17:17

“For this cause also thank we God without ceasing, because, when ye received the word of God which ye heard of us, ye received it not as the word of men, but as it is in truth, the WORD OF GOD, which effectually worketh also in you that believe.” – 1st Thessalonians 2:13

“(Referring to the Old Testament prophets) Holy men of God spake as they were moved by the HOLY GHOST.” – 2nd Peter 1:21

The verdict is in. The Holy Bible is unquestionably the Word of God. If you don’t believe that then you’re not a Christian. You’re no different from a Buddhist, Hindu, or Muslim, as they all claim that “some” of the Bible is true. I am proud to call myself a Christian, in every sense of the word!

I can remember reading what was meant to be a negative review on my books, and I actually took it as a compliment. A woman said that my books were a Bible-thumping, pound the table, critique of this world. You’re darn right they are! If you’re a Christian or Jew who is comfortable with the current state of our world, then you aren’t reading your Bible right. Read it again!

There is another recent news story I recently came across that made me shake my head in utter disgust as a believer. A self-proclaimed “gay” reverend (I think you all know where I stand on that heresy), Brandon Robertson, claimed that Jesus was a “racist.” This is what happens when you don’t believe all of the Word of God. You can turn Jesus and even our God into whatever you want to according to the world’s “woke” standards.

Obviously, Jesus was not a racist and could never be a racist. He’s the Saviour of the WORLD. He is the Lamb of God sent to redeem ALL OF US, of every color on the earth to our Father in Heaven.

“He has redeemed us to God by his blood out of every kindred, and tongue, and people, and nation.” – Revelation 5:9

That should put the foolish racist accusation to bed. But if you want to read more about what our God and Lord have to say about the issue of racism in the Bible, I devoted an entire chapter to it in my second book, Even More Signs of Our Times. So be sure to read it, as the subject is so prevalent in our society today.

Finally, I read that a Pennsylvania professor of Religious Studies claimed that Jesus was “nonbinary” or “genderqueer.” The blasphemy of some people today knows no bounds. You cannot read the story of Jesus Christ and come to this conclusion with a sober mind. It is impossible.

This Swarthmore College Professor, Mark Wallace, teaches a “Radical Jesus” course. And the title of the course explains why his students believe that our Lord was a “queer prophet, indigenous shaman, and African messiah.” This professor has taken the most radical beliefs of the far-left LGBTQ, New Age, and BLM movements and projected them onto the most recognizable and important man who has ever lived – the God-Man, Jesus Christ.

Hell will be very hot for men like this, who teach such filth under the cloak of “religious study.” I wrote about men just like him in my second book as well, in the Widespread Blasphemy chapter, so be sure to read it if you haven’t already. I also penned a chapter about the many False Prophets of our day, like that Nashville pastor I’ve addressed in this article.

At the end of the day, the men I wrote about today should not be associated with the Christian Faith in any way, shape, or form. Yet, because of how far from God our nation has fallen, these men get away with teaching their unBiblical nonsense. Many “Christians” today can tell you more about what’s in the Lord of the Rings or some popular comic book than they can about the Holy Bible. It is such a shame and just goes to show why our nation is headed to hell in a handbasket.

As for me, no matter how far this world falls away from the LORD, I’ll continue to believe the infallible, perfect, and all-wise words of my Creator over the OPINIONS of fallible, imperfect, sinful men. He never changes, and His Word never changes, though the world would love it to be so. And though many in the world may try to FORCE it to be so.

I’ve said it before, and I’ll say it again – The LORD will never change to better suit our ever-changing society, and He will never adapt to our sinful culture. Not ever. It is we who need to get “WOKE” to Him and to His ways. I believe that He is desperately seeking out courageous and zealous men and women of God like Daniel in a world full of religious woke cowards.

Christians had better be careful in trying to be friends of this wicked world in order to avoid being “cancelled” by this mainstream liberal culture… because when you befriend “the world,” you make yourself an ENEMY OF GOD.

“Ye adulterers and adulteresses, know ye not that the friendship of the world is enmity with God? whosoever therefore will be a friend of the world is the enemy of God.” – James 4:4
