A new study by the watchdog group, AMCHA Initiative, has found that anti-Semitism has skyrocketed nearly 50% on College Campuses in the past year. After examining over 100 public and private colleges and universities, the concerning study found that 287 anti-Semitic incidents occurred at 64 schools in just the first half of 2016, compared to 198 occurrences that took place during the same time last year, reflecting a 45% percent spike. The number one contributor to the rise of Jew-hatred in American Colleges is the anti-Israel Boycott, Divestment and Sanctions (BDS) movement. The AMCHA report reveals that campus events which deny the right of the Nation of Israel to exist (which nearly tripled in 2016) correlate directly with “conduct that targeted Jewish students for harm.” The co-founder of AMCHA, Tammi Rossman-Benjamin, said “The growing problem of campus anti-Semitism is no doubt a serious threat facing the Jewish community. But this disturbing and dangerous spike and the bolder, more brazen methods of those perpetrating this hate (BDS) are particularly ALARMING.”
Professor Leila Beckwith, another AMCHA co-founder, said “Instead of just boycotting Israel, the anti-Zionists are now boycotting Jewish students.” The report findings of the correlation between BDS activism and anti-Semitic incidents did not surprise CUFI (Christians United For Israel) Director David Brog, who said “BDS is fueling an all-out effort to portray Israel as the world’s most monstrous abuser of human rights. For the idiots who believe this, it is but a short logical leap to the conclusion that those who defend Israel (primarily Jewish students) must themselves be monsters. The link between BDS and anti-Semitism is crystal clear. BDS is an inherently anti-Semitic movement that multiplies anti-Semitism wherever it goes.”
The BDS campaign against Israel, plaguing College Campuses, has led to Nazi swastikas on walls or the doors of Jewish students, along with messages like “Hitler did nothing wrong.” Faculty members make anti-Semitic gestures in classrooms, Stars of David with an “X” scratched into it also appear on windows and doors. BDS supporters hand out materials at rallies that DENY the Holocaust and promote attacks against “Jews” and “Jew lovers”. BDSers protest, silence, harass and disrupt pro-Israel speakers, and sometimes prevent their lectures altogether. Though the muslim, and specifically Palestinian, hatred of Israel and the Jews goes back thousands of years, the current BDS movement was started in 2005 by Omar Barghouti. Barghouti made clear that “the destruction of Israel” was the direct goal of the BDS.
On Campuses today, “Students for Justice in Palestine” and it’s many chapters are the leading BDS forces. At the national level, this organization and its parent, American Muslims for Palestine, is controlled by the same individuals who fund and promote HAMAS Terror against Israel. The BDS in the US is a Muslim Brotherhood project. Brotherhood groups such as CAIR, Muslim American Society, the Muslim Students Association, and it’s alliances have made BDS one of the leading causes of left-wing radicals and anarchists. BDS has recently partnered with the violent and racist “Black Lives Matter” (BLM) movement.
BDS protesters use trigger words like “freedom” and “justice” to draw in naive and disillusioned youth into the movement. When they talk about “freedom,” they do not mean freedom for Palestinians, they really mean freedom from JEWS in their midst. BDS is not a movement that seeks peace, freedom or justice. It is a movement driven by an immense hate for the Jewish people and for the Jewish State (Israel). The BDS campaign’s pursuit of “justice” is a joke. Their movement is laden with double standards. They single out Israel, and judge the Jewish State with standards which they will not equally apply to Islamic lands and nations. They care nothing for the plight of women, homosexuals or Palestinians being oppressed by Hamas in Gaza. Nor do they care for these same kind of victims who suffer under brutal Islamic oppression in Egypt, Saudi Arabia, Syria and in most Muslim nations.
BDS only puts the target on Israel. The oppressive and murderous Islamic regimes in the Middle East “do no wrong” in their sight, ONLY ISRAEL does. The wise Charles Krauthammer, has said “Israel is the world’s only Jewish state. To apply to the State of the Jews a double standard that you apply to none other, to judge one people in a way you judge no other, to single out that one people for condemnation and isolation – is to engage in a gross act of discrimination.” Amen. That discrimination has a name, and it is ANTI-SEMITISM. The BDS is full of it. Another lie that they propagate to ignorant youth across America, via social media, is that Israel is an “occupier”. They say that Israel and Jews are “occupying” Palestinian land. This is the biggest LIE told in the world today.
God prophesied in the pages of the Holy Bible, specifically in the Book of Ezekiel around 3,000 years ago, that after their long exile among the nations, God would bring the Jews BACK into their OWN LAND. The Land He speaks of is the ancient Holy Land which He gave to the Jews in an EVERLASTING Covenant with Abraham, Isaac and Jacob (whom God renamed ISRAEL). The specific cities and borders are all recorded in the Old Testament of our Holy Bibles, written in stone if you will. God said that He gave this designated Land, namely Jerusalem and Judea, to the Jews and to Israel FOREVER. These Holy Cities, among others, the muslims and Jew-haters of the world refer to as the “West Bank” or “settlements” in order to DENY Israel’s 4,000 year old Biblical claim to the Land. As I’ve stated in articles past, NOT ONE IOTA of the Holy Land of Israel belongs to the Palestinians. In Biblical actuality, and in God’s Eyes, those living in modern day Palestine, Egypt, Sudan, Lebanon, Jordan, Syria, Iraq, Turkey and other Islamic lands are all “occupying” Land that God says BELONGS TO ISRAEL.
Due to centuries of anti-semitic, nazi-inspired Islamic propaganda PUSHED as “truth” into the mainstream upon an ignorant generation uneducated in Biblical history, many today are led to believe that ISRAEL is “occupying” land that belongs to Palestine. Though it is actually the complete OPPOSITE that is taking place. Nearly a century after Christ died on the Cross and rose again, the anti-semitic Emperor of Rome, Hadrian, RENAMED Judea to “PALESTINE”, after the Philistines (the ancient enemy of Israel). The purpose to the change of name was to REWRITE HISTORY to wipe from history books the ages old Jewish connection to their Biblical homeland. Thankfully we have the most accurate History Book in the world, the Holy Bible, to show us the truth.
Jerusalem and Judea have and will ALWAYS belong solely to Israel and the Jewish people according to the Word of the Living God. The Quran of Islam (Palestine’s “holy” book) mentions Jerusalem “0” times. ZERO. While the Holy Bible on the other hand, predating the Quran by 3,000 years at least, mentions Jerusalem as Israel’s ETERNAL Capital over “930” times! Nearly ONE THOUSAND times. While the Palestinians and BDS claim land robbery by Israel and Jews, God sets the record straight that the Land never belonged to them in the first place! None of this is about “Land” though. The Palestinians and BDS do not desire a few parcels of Land from the Jewish State, but what they truly desire is to remove the Jews from the entire Land strip known as Israel. Remember the goal of BDS founder Barghouti – “the DESTRUCTION of Israel”. The movement does not seek “freedom” or “justice” for the Palestinians, what it truly seeks is a “second HOLOCAUST” of the Jewish people.
The Muslims were some of Adolf Hitler’s greatest allies in his quest to exterminate the Jews. Today, a majority of the Muslim population still holds Nazi-inspired anti-Semitic views and beliefs, because the Quran teaches them to hate the Jew. Islam’s so-called “prophet” once watched as many as 600 Jews being BEHEADED in Medina in ONE DAY. The Quran, penned by Muhammed, instructs muslims to “SLAY THE JEW” and “KILL THE JEW” wherever you find them. During the Holocaust, 6 MILLION Jews were murdered by Hitler’s Nazi regime and their allies. Today, just over 6 Million Jews now reside in the Nation of Israel. To the Islamic regime of Iran, the Palestinians, the BDS and many anti-Semites worldwide, this symbolically drives them to bring about another Holocaust.
Don’t believe the lie today that the BDSers are burning Israeli flags because are simply protesting the “Nation of Israel” or “Zionists”. They use the words “Death to Israel” and “Kill the Zionists” at every rally, and these phrases are the muslim code for “Kill the JEWS”. No matter how bad anti-Semitism gets today, they could never in a civilized society, get away with openly calling for murder of Jews, so they cleverly substitute the word “Jews” with “Zionists”. Jews ARE Zionists. I, as a Holy Bible believing Christian AM a Zionist. Anyway who believes God’s Biblical Promises to the Jews and Israel IS a Zionist! So, while most conspiracy theorists have rebranded what “Zionist” means, God doesn’t see it as a dirty word. On the contrary, He desires that all of His children BE Zionists. BDS would surely hate this truth.
As I’ve said before, and reiterate today, if the BDS or anyone discriminates against the Jews, you might as well discriminate against me. If you hate the Jews, then you hate me. If you want war with the Jews and Israel, then you will have war WITH ME. This should be the battlecry of every Holy Bible believing Christian across the world. When anyone messes with our God’s Chosen people and Nation, they mess with us. ANTI-SEMITISM MUST STOP WITH US. It can’t just be a tough-sounding slogan friends, this must become our way of life! If BDS views Israel and the Jewish people as enemy #1, then we Christians must view BDS as OUR enemy #1!
While BDSers boycott Israel, we must BUYcott Israel. Head to your local store or go online and purposefully buy products “Made in Israel”. Many of them are found in Kosher sections of Grocery stores. I make it a habit in my life. I pray you’ll make it one in yours as well. God has said that He will BLESS those who bless the Jews and Israel, while He will also CURSE those who curse them. Make sure you’re on the RIGHT side of the fence! If you don’t fancy being “cursed” by God, then “BUY ISRAEL” and don’t buy into the “BS” of the BDS.
