ISRAEL UNDER ATTACK… AGAIN: Palestinian Terrorists in Gaza Fire About 700 Rockets into Jewish State

In less than two days, about 700 rockets were fired into Israel from Gaza by Palestinian terror groups. Hamas and Islamic Jihad joined together to bombard the Jewish State with the rocket fire. The “Iron Dome” intercepted over 220 of the rockets, according to Israel’s Channel 12.

For nearly 40 hours straight, rocket sirens sounded throughout the southern cities bordering Gaza, and many Israeli citizens have spent the past 2 days in bomb shelters. One rocket struck an Israeli kindergarten in Sha’ar Hanegev. Luckily, the children had already been evacuated and none were injured or killed.

Unfortunately, 4 Israeli lives were lost this weekend to the Palestinian terror onslaught. It was the deadliest casualty rate for Israel since the 2014 Gaza war with Hamas. The victims were a 58-year-old father of four from Ashkelon, Moshe Agadi – a 47-year-old father of seven, Zaid Hamamdeh, also of Ashkelon – a 60-year-old, Moshe Feder, killed after a Hamas rocket struck his car on the highway – and a 21-year-old father of one, Menachem Prezuazman, struck by rocket shrapnel while running for cover in Ashdod.

Responding quickly to the barrage of rockets from Palestine, the IDF (Israel Defense Forces) targeted sites in Gaza connected to Hamas and Islamic Jihad’s terror operations. The Israeli military bombed “headquarters, underground bunkers, weapons caches, military facilities, launchpads, observation posts, and more” in air raids.

Of course, following Israel’s retaliatory strikes, the Palestinian propaganda was not lacking from social media outlets like Twitter and Facebook – as they floated their many fake images of dead children on social media, claiming that “big bad” Israel was killing babies with their bombs.

Anyone who has followed the Israeli-Palestinian conflict knows better. There was indeed one Palestinian child killed in the fighting, but it was actually killed by a Hamas rocket that fell short and landed in Gaza instead of their intended target of Israel.

Hamas encouraged Palestinians to share images of the child and place the blame on Israel. They do this in every conflict. Hamas has killed far more of their own people in the conflicts with Israel than the Jewish State ever has.

Israel always drops leaflets in residential areas, hours ahead of airstrikes, warning residents to evacuate because they are in the vicinity of Hamas or Islamic Jihad targets. Most do, but those who do not have no one to blame but themselves.

What other military combatant in the world takes the time to warn the people that hate them to find safe shelter ahead of dropping bombs? The answer: NONE. Only Israel does. Yet, the people who are indiscriminately firing rockets at innocent Israeli citizens – even children – with the goal of killing as many as possible, want you all to believe that Israel is the “bad guy.”

I talk so much about this in my first book, and I’ll share an excerpt in a moment. As of the publication of this article, a ceasefire has been brokered by Egypt between Israel and the Gaza terror groups. It went into effect on May 6th at 4:30 a.m. Israeli time. I’m sure it won’t last for long, as Hamas and Islamic Jihad are notorious for quickly breaking ceasefires.

Plus, with the 71st Anniversary of Israel’s rebirth coming later this week, there is no doubt that the bloodthirsty Jew-hating Palestinians will try to rain on Israel’s parade with more rockets. If their attacks are anything like they were during last year’s Israel Independence Day celebrations then I believe that Israel may have to enter into a ground war in Gaza with the terrorists, like they did in 2014.

If you haven’t yet read my book, “The Signs of Our Times,” I wrote a great deal about Israel’s clashes with Hamas and Islamic Jihad. Here is a snippet from the “Enemies of Israel” chapter of that book –

… No document regarding the enemies of Israel would be complete without mention of Palestine. The hostile neighbor of the Jewish State has been a constant thorn in Israel’s side; and not just through terrorism, but in the United Nations as well – where they dirty Israel’s good name in the realm of public opinion. Year after year, Palestinian leadership has tried to influence world leaders to support and aid their cause against the Jewish State.

They have long sought, through UN pressure or even force, to take some of Israel’s God-given Land as their own. I allude to this subject of “Land-for-Peace” in the previous Israel chapters, and will again in the “Extreme Weather” chapter. Palestine (specifically Gaza) is the home base of the Islamic terror group, Hamas. The terror group is responsible for the murder of thousands of Israelis, many of those being women and children.

In 2014, they fired over 5,000 rockets into Israel. Yet and still, the world’s mainstream media demonized the Jewish State for retaliating against those “poor Palestinians.” How many other nations of the world would sit on their hands while 5,000 missiles were being fired across their border? The short answer is: none. Still, the world always urges Israel to “show restraint” against the terrorists. It’s unbelievable.

In early 2018, as Israel was preparing for celebrations of its 70th Anniversary of the Nation’s rebirth, Hamas was staging an attempted invasion of Israel’s border with Gaza. While Hamas was telling the global media that the Palestinians were preparing to hold “peaceful protests” along Israel’s border fence, they were also telling the Palestinian people to prepare for “the beginning of the capturing all of Israel.”

A spokesman for the Palestinian President, Mahmoud Abbas, reiterated Hamas’ real reason for organizing the protests (which were really riots). He said, “the message of the Palestinian people is clear: Israel will be removed.” At the same time that these threats against the Jewish State were being made by Palestinian leaders, under the guise of “peaceful protests,” the lamestream liberal media was selling the narrative (as they always do) that Israel was the “aggressor” and the Palestinians were simply “poor and defenseless protesters.”

Nothing, and I mean absolutely nothing, could be further from the truth. For six straight weeks, tens of thousands of Palestinians stormed Israel’s border – rolling burning tires toward the security fence – throwing grenades, molotov cocktails, pipe bombs, large stones, bricks and axes – brandishing guns, machetes, and wire cutters for the fence – and flying burning kites over the border to start fires in Israel.

The Palestinians who were killed by Israeli forces for rushing the border fence, in an attempt to breach it, were all brandishing weapons. They were also mostly members of Hamas. Of course, the media conveniently left that part out – simply running headlines that read: “Israel kills dozens of Palestinians.” I could write a whole ‘nother book on why the biased mainstream media is one of the biggest enemies of Israel today.

They should be ashamed of their one-sided reporting, and for trying to deceive their ignorant audiences to believe their biased narrative. They portray Israel as the “bad guy,” and the Palestinian terrorists as the “good guys.” What kind of alternate reality do the liberal media journalists live in anyway? The term gets tossed around a lot today, but when it comes to reporting on the Israeli-Palestinian conflict – the media is full of “fake news.”
