While the chubby little leader of North Korea is a joke, his Country’s nuclear capabilities and ability to strike the United States of America are certainly no laughing matter. The 33 year old dictator, Kim Jong-Un is hell-bent on blowing up as much of the USA as he possibly can. For years, we have laughed at his many failed missile tests and launches, but lately his military appears to have worked out the kinks. North Korea’s missiles are now flying much higher, much further, and for much longer.
The most recent missile, fired on July 28th, flew for around 45 minutes, going 3,700 kilometers (2,300 miles) high, and reaching a distance of 1,000 kilometers (621 miles). Missile experts are now saying that if this missile were fired on a flatter trajectory, it would have major US cities within its range. If the experts have figured this out, and their opinions have been posted all over the internet, then we know full well that Lil’ Kim is aware.
ICBMs (Intercontinental Ballistic Missiles), like the one North Korea fired this past Friday, have a minimum range of about 3,500 miles, but some are designed to travel 6,200 miles or further. This means that just about any ICBM would be able to reach Hawaii and Alaska, while California is well in range at only 5,600 miles from North Korea. Experts say that some of America’s most populated cities, such as Los Angeles, Denver, Chicago, New York, and Boston are now within range of Kim’s missiles.
Michael Elleman, of the International Institute for Strategic Studies, assessed that the range of the recent missile was at least 6,000 miles. He added, “The key here is that North Korea has had a second successful test in less than one month. If this trend holds, they could establish an acceptably reliable ICBM before year’s end.”
Jong-Un said Friday’s firing, which was broadcast on North Korean state tv and shown on giant public screens, showed his Country could make a nuclear attack on America “in any place, any time”. Normally we would laugh off this little wacko’s threats, but unfortunately it appears as if, this time, he’s RIGHT.
While North Korea has held many missile tests over the decades, this was only the second ICBM ever tested by the Regime, with the first coming earlier this month on America’s Independence Day, July 4th. That missile was believed to only have a range of at least 3,500 miles, meaning that the most recent missile’s range about DOUBLED that. The latest missile also flew several minutes longer.
Military experts say that North Korea has a wide variety of missiles, a sizeable conventional force, along with chemical and nuclear weapons. The Pentagon has estimated that North Korea has at least 200 missile launchers. It is estimated that the total number of missiles which they have in their arsenal today could be 20. The Country is also believed to have between 4-8 nuclear warheads.
Each of the warheads are believed to have at least half of the explosive power of those deployed by the U.S. against Japan in WWII. According to the Congressional Research Service, it is widely believed that the Regime has acquired between 30 and 40 kilograms of plutonium (needed for nuclear bombs). North Korea has launched 14 missiles in 2017 alone. That equals about two missiles A MONTH.
Besides the threat of a Nuclear attack, America also faces a greater possibility of an EMP attack by North Korea, Iran, or Russia. An EMP (Electromagnetic Pulse) attack could FRY our Nation’s Power Grid, leaving ½-¾ of the United States in darkness, and would put us back into the stone age. An EMP is a burst of electromagnetic energy, most widely known as being emitted from the Sun, but today it can also be man-made.
EMP warfare is not as devastating as a Nuclear attack initially, but it proves to be just as deadly over time, and much harder to defend against. North Korea currently has two satellites orbiting over the United States capable of performing a surprise EMP attack at an altitude and trajectory that evades U.S. National Missile Defenses. A National Security expert, Peter Vincent Pry, told Joseph Farah of WorldNetDaily, that the NK satellites can be commanded either to deorbit to hit a target on the ground or to explode at a high altitude.
Both options would create an EMP effect, which would knock out the U.S. power grid and critical infrastructures that depend on it. By exploding a nuclear warhead in space (within 300 miles) above the USA, a BLACKOUT of much of America’s power grid would ensue after the blast mingles with the magnetic field above any major city.
I’m sure you’ll all be comforted to know (sarcasm intended) that the Grid is currently “DEFENSELESS against such an attack or against a powerful Solar Flare from the Sun”. The two NK satellites, are currently orbiting at an altitude of 300 miles, with trajectories that put them daily over America. At this altitude, an EMP could impact much of the continental United States, according to EMP experts.
CBN News recently reported that U.S. Army Chief of Staff, General Mark Milley, said “North Korea is the biggest threat to America, and we can no longer take a wait-and-see attitude”. He was quoted as saying that, “War in the Korean Peninsula would be terrible. However, a nuclear weapon detonating in Los Angeles would be terrible.” He went on to say, “We are at a point in time where tough choices will have to be made. We are going to have to make conscious decisions that are going to have significant consequences and I will just stop there.”
“It’s not going to be a pretty picture — I can tell you that”, he said, “It’s going to be very violent.” No doubt war is always the last option, but at this point in time it appears as if all other options have been exhausted. A military response seems to be the only viable answer to the North Korean dictator’s hostile actions and threats. As I have suggested with Iran many times, I believe that with a madman like Kim Jong-Un, America is going to have to STRIKE FIRST.
President Trump needs to carry out the same type of attack on the military bases and launching pads of North Korea as he did in Syria, otherwise it is only a matter of time before their threat against us becomes deadly. There is no more dangerous weapon in the world today than a Nuclear bomb, and two of the world’s most maniacal regimes are doing the best they can to acquire and fire them on America and Israel. We need to act first, or forever regret it.
In closing, I’m sure many of you wonder if North Korea is mentioned in the Holy Bible. By name, specifically, the answer is no. BUT, I believe North Korea could very well be alluded to (along with China) in the Book of Revelation, Chapter 16. I believe China, being the most powerful oriental nation, is whom the Holy Bible specifically refers to, but it is quite possible that North Korea is in the mix.
It is hard to imagine World War 3 (Armageddon) being fought today, without North Korea being involved. The verse of Scripture refers to the “kings of the east”, which some translations read as “kings of the rising sun”. So since the verse specifically refers to “kings”, plural, I believe it could refer to BOTH China and North Korea. Whether or not North Korea joins China in the Battle of Armageddon or not, Lil’ Kim’s regime will definitely engage in some sort of war with the U.S. in the near future.
Let’s just pray that America’s leadership is prepared to strike first, and ask questions later. There are a lot of pundits out there who suggest that while Kim Jong-Un is “crazy”, he is not “stupid” enough to start WW3. I, on the other hand, believe he is both. So I pray that our leaders don’t sit around on their hands waiting to find out just how stupid he actually is.
