Across the globe there has been a disturbing trend of blasphemous acts being committed against our God, but they have been specifically targeting one key Biblical figure, the Virgin Mother of our Lord, MARY. Unexpectedly, most of the perpetrators of the recent unholy attacks against our Faith are not muslim men (as is usually the case), but instead liberal WOMEN. During an International Women’s Day protest in Argentina last week, feminists staged a mock abortion on a woman portraying the Virgin Mary. Disgusting photos of the heretical act show blood and baby parts gushing out from between Mary’s legs, as the woman dressed as Mary holds her fist in the air. She is wearing a rosary around her neck and laughing throughout the sickening spectacle, in front of a Cathedral no less. A staunch Pro-Life Priest, Frank Pavone, told LifesiteNews, “This act shows what is at the foundation of the hardcore pro-abortion people. They HATE the Church, and they literally want to abort Jesus off the face of the earth in every manifestation of his presence today.”
Elsewhere in Argentina, a Cathedral was vandalized in Buenos Aires with pro-abortion and anti-Christian graffiti during the “Women’s March”. A few dozen women were arrested for trying to set the Cathedral on fire. Topless protesters lit a fire in front of the Church building, and chanted “The only Church that illuminates is one that is BURNING”. They also chanted, “take your rosaries out of our ovaries“. Meanwhile at a Women’s March here in the U.S., a protester carried a sign depicting the Mother of our Lord as a bloody vagina. Another horrendous placard read “If Mary had an abortion we wouldn’t be in this mess.”
A play known as the “The Testament of Mary” by Irish writer Colm Toibin, is rightfully receiving intense opposition here in America. After much success in an ever increasing Godless Europe, the blasphemous 90-minute “Mary Monologue” has made it’s way into the United States. According to critics, Mary is depicted in the play as as a vulgar, egoistic, idolatrous woman, and “a Holy Mother who is secretly a pagan worshiper of the hunting goddess Artemis”. The plot of the play is that Mary does not believe that her Son, Jesus, was the Son of God, and so Mary refuses to co-operate with the writers of the Gospels. To no surprise, the author of the book turned stage play is a homosexual atheist.
The liberal left-leaning Huffington Post has published many blasphemous articles over the years, but a recent piece by Suzanne Dewitt Hall may take the cake as the worst yet. Her article claims that Mary was “TRANSGENDER”, and that Jesus Christ was the “FIRST transgender man”. She writes that “Eve was the first example of human cloning, as well as the first transgender woman. God reached into Adam, pulled out a bit of rib bone, and grew Eve from Adam’s XY DNA, then she was created genetically MALE, and yet transformed into woman.”
Un-freakin’-believable. I’ve heard many silly liberal arguments trying to justify transgenderism, but this one is by far the most ridiculous I’ve ever heard or possibly ever will hear. What’s worse, is that I think this woman actually believes what she is purveying. Ever since the dawn of humanity, and the creation of Eve, EVERY woman that ever lived has ribs. So by Hall’s logic, if a rib is what makes someone a male, then there are no women in this world, and never have been. Every human being has been and is a MALE according to her. If that were the case, how in the world have we procreated and made babies for the last 6,000 years?
Only women can bear children, because God gave them specific female parts. If every woman was male since Eve, as Hall theorizes, then why did God bother to give them different genitals, features and bodily makeup? Why did he differentiate between “Male” and “Female” if they were both men? Worse than calling Eve the first “transgender”, Hall then went on to call the Virgin Mary transgender, and thus, she theorizes that our Lord Jesus must be too.
She has obviously never read the Holy Bible in the first place, because even if you were to take her ridiculous logic seriously, Jesus was implanted into Mary’s womb through the Holy Spirit of God. He was not conceived inside of Mary’s body like every other child in the history of the world. So Mary’s “transgender rib” would have nothing to do with the Birth of Jesus or His Makeup. Calling him transgender is not only blasphemous and heretical, but it’s the most atrocious attempt to justify LGBT lifestyles using the Holy Bible that I’ve ever heard. And I have heard some doozies!
Hall goes on in her article to say that, “The Holy Spirit came upon Mary, and the Child (Jesus) took flesh from her and was born with XX chromosome pairing. Thus He was born genetically FEMALE, and yet transformed into a man.” This is why liberals love science so much, because anything they theorize “scientifically” must be accepted as fact, and our Holy Bible must take a backseat to their theories.
They forget that God’s Word is Eternal and has existed among mankind for over 6,000 years, while the opinions of “Huffington Post writers” that contradict God end up in the trashbin of history along with Charles Darwin’s and the rest. Oh by the way, I should probably mention that Suzanne Hall, who claims to know the “hidden truths” of our long-considered “anti-LGBT” Holy Bibles, is homosexual herself. What a coincidence! No agenda at all, and nothing to see here!
In Spain, a drag queen dressed as the Virgin Mary sparked outrage as he danced to Madonna’s “Like A Prayer” while his homosexual backup dancers committed blasphemous acts in the background. Nelson Rodrigues, known as Drag Sethlas, performed the disgusting demonic act.
I’d like to say that that’s all of the recent heretical attacks against the Mother of God (the Son JESUS) that I’ve come across, but sadly there is one more that provoked me to righteous anger. It is not just blasphemous and offensive on so many levels, but it is downright SATANIC. The National Museum of Estonia features an exhibit that invites visitors to DESECRATE an image of the Virgin Mary. A virtual image of the Mother of our Lord is projected onto a screen in a glass box. The image remains static until a visitor kicks a spot which has been marked out toward the bottom of the display. Once the marked area is kicked the image of Mary SHATTERS into pieces and is replaced by the word “Reformation”. The exhibit then “resets” to the image of the Virgin Mary, until the next visitor comes forward to kick it and shatter her again.
Now, I know that in Christian circles there are many differing opinions as to how Mary should be viewed and honored. Yet and still, regardless of your theological opinion of her importance, I think ALL Christians should be able to agree that she was the Holiest Woman who ever lived. I believe she deserves our love and great honor because she was the only Woman in human history who was specifically found worthy by Almighty God to be the vessel through which He would give us His Only Begotten Son. She was the Woman who, through her unwavering faith and obedience to God, gave birth to our Saviour, Lord, King, and God in the flesh.
Growing up Catholic, I was raised to hold a great love for her. I still do love her and place her in high esteem, but nowadays I get into many debates with Catholics who take reverence and honor of Mary too far. There are some in the Catholic Church who worship her and pray to her more than they do our Lord Jesus. They obviously forget the verse that “NO ONE comes unto the Father in Heaven, but by JESUS”. Many Catholics are led to believe that we are too sinful to come to Jesus directly, so they then need Mary as their intercessor. Yet, the Holy Bible again tells us that “There is ONE MEDIATOR between God and man”, and that is JESUS CHRIST.
So, while I disagree strongly with those who elevate Mary to such a point that she is exalted above even her Son (whom she herself called “MY LORD”), I do still believe that she is deserving of honor and great love. There is a happy medium to be found, which I believe our Lord appreciates. I also think that Mary herself would be none too pleased with having the faithful worshipping her instead of her Son. There is a big difference between worship and honor. Does she deserve our honor? Of course. If God found her worthy above ALL women who had ever lived to bring forth His Son, then we too should count her worthy of praise and honor. If we honor our own fathers and mothers, how can we not then honor the Mother of the Saviour of the world?!
Some Christians say that Mary deserves “no honor”, and was just another Biblical character in God’s Plan, but I strongly will forever disagree with the assumption. Whether you agree with the Holiness of the Virgin Mary or not, there is one thing that all Christians should be able to agree on. That being, the attacks against her by the radical liberal leftists are appalling, revolting, sickening, reprehensible, despicable, deplorable, detestable, abominable, heinous, vulgar and vile. There is truly NO FEAR OF GOD before their eyes. Someday they will find out, and most likely the hard way, that Mary is full of Grace, and The Lord is WITH HER.
