Defend The Jews: We Must NEVER FORGET The Holocaust

From 1933-1945 the world watched in shameful silence as the demonic anti-Semite, Adolf Hitler, attempted to exterminate the Jewish people from Europe. Not long after publishing his disgusting Jew-hating “Mein Kampf” in 1925, Hitler became the murderous dictator of Germany. As soon as he gained power, persecution of German Jews rose rapidly until they were stripped of all of their rights, not only as citizens but as HUMAN BEINGS.

During Hitler’s reign of terror, anti-semitism reached an all-time high. His obsessive hatred of the Jewish people began with discriminatory laws, which progressed into deportations and forced labour, which ultimately culminated in the attempted genocide of the entire Jewish race.

Between 1939-1945, 6 MILLION Jews were systematically murdered by Hitler’s Nazi Regime and Axis Powers, including about 1 million children. It was the largest genocide ever committed, and unquestionably the darkest period in human history. Today we refer to this bloodstained half-decade of history as “the Holocaust.”

The Holocaust is also known as the “Shoah” in Hebrew, and means “the catastrophe”. Of the 9 million Jews who resided in Europe before the Holocaust, approximately TWO THIRDS of them were murdered for simply BEING JEWISH.

Hitler’s Germany was much bigger than the Germany of today. His territory has today become 35 separate European countries. His satanic “extermination” of the Jewish people was most severe in Central and Eastern Europe, which was then home to 7 million Jews in 1939. Nearly 5 of the 6 million Jews were murdered there, including 3 million in Poland and over 1 million in the Soviet Union. Hundreds of thousands more had lost their lives in the Netherlands, France, Belgium, Yugoslavia, and Greece.

The Nazis ultimately intended to carry out their “final solution” to what Hitler dubbed “the Jewish problem” in Britain, Ireland, Switzerland, Turkey, Sweden, Portugal, Spain, and all neutral states in Europe. Sadly, it was only AFTER the murder of millions of Jews, that the other Nations of the world could no longer sit idly by IGNORING Hitler’s heinous crimes against one specific race of people.

Leaders of the world had EVENTUALLY mustered up the courage to stand up to and fight against the evil Nazi machine. Unfortunately for millions of Jews, it was far too late.

Initially, Hitler’s government passed laws to exclude Jews from German society, specifically the Nuremberg Laws of 1935. His Nazi Party first established a network of concentration camps starting in 1933, followed by ghettos in 1939, to herd the Jews into one place. During this period of time, deportations of Jews to concentration camps, which became “extermination” camps, and ultimately GAS CHAMBERS began.

Jewish victims were transported by freight trains to the camps where they were systematically burned alive in the gas chambers. This unthinkable tragedy went on for nearly 5 years straight. As prisoners entered the death camps, they were made to surrender all of their personal property, which was catalogued and tagged before being sent to Germany to become property of the Nazis.

Jews only made up 1% of the population, so they were virtually defenseless. NOT ONE social group, not even the Christians, in Germany or throughout Europe declared solidarity with the Jews.

Most all Jewish businesses and Synagogues in Nazi-controlled Europe were damaged or destroyed. It is said that over two-thirds of the Synagogues were destroyed in Germany.

There was a place in Auschwitz called “Judenrampe”, which was the ramp where the trains carrying Jews came in, and the testimony of Rudolf Vrba, a former worker on the ramp chills the bone – “They were coming in day and night, and sometimes one train and sometimes five per day… Constantly, people from the heart of Europe were disappearing, and they were arriving to the same place with the same ignorance of the fate of the previous transport. And the people in this mass, I knew that within a couple hours, 90% would be gassed to death.”

It has also been recorded by numerous witnesses that when trains bound for gas chambers filled with screaming Jews, who were aware of what was about to befall them, would pass by Churches, the congregations would sing as loud as possible to drown out the horrific cries for help. This is one of the most disgusting and heart-wrenching things I have ever heard in my life.

MOST Christians living under Nazi control, due to fear or intimidation by Hitler’s Regime, ignored or flat out DENIED the abominable atrocities being committed against the Jews in their midst. With the exception of a handful of God-fearing men and women, the majority turned a blind eye, leaving me to question whether they were ever truly “Christian” in the first place. Most German Christians embraced the nationalistic and racial aspects of Nazi ideology.

Once Hitler and the Nazis came to power, they sought to create a national “Reich Church” which was a “nazified” version of Christianity. There was virtually no public opposition to the anti-semitism or state-sanctioned violence against the Jews in the new “Church”. There were however a select few who spoke out on behalf of the Jewish people, and that became involved in rescue and resistance movements.

The “Confessing Church” emerged in opposition to the national Church. It’s founding document, the Barmen Confession of Faith, declared that the Church’s allegiance was to God and Scripture, not a worldly Führer. Members of the Confessing Church included martyrs like Dietrich Bonhoeffer and Martin Niemöller. The Confessing Church played one of the biggest Christian roles during the Holocaust in aiding and hiding Jews. Thousands of Christians, who opposed Hitler, were either charged with “treasonable activity”, were imprisoned or executed.

Bonhoeffer is well known for his staunch resistance to Hitler’s genocidal persecution of the Jews. He was arrested in 1943 by the Gestapo and imprisoned for nearly 2 years. He was then transferred to a Nazi concentration camp, where he was executed by hanging on April 9th, 1945. He penned one of the most powerful statements regarding the Holocaust, which all Christians need to remember today – “Silence in the face of evil is ITSELF evil: God will NOT hold us guiltless. Not to speak IS to speak. Not to act IS to act.”

Along with Bonhoeffer, another greatly admired Christian hero of the Holocaust is the German industrialist, Oskar Schindler. While not a theologian like Dietrich, Schindler still knew that it was a Christian’s duty to defend the Jews. He is credited with saving the lives of 1,200 Jews during the Holocaust by employing them in his factories. The movie based on his story, Schindler’s List, will bring tears to even the driest of eyes.

Even though Hitler’s National Church tried to keep the Holy Bible out of the hands of Germany’s believers, these two Godly men knew the Word of God enough to know that what Hitler was propagating was a deadly lie from the devil himself. It’s no wonder, as God’s Word is clear that Satan HATES the Jew because they are The LORD’S chosen people. Make no mistake about it, Christianity does NOT teach, nor endorse anti-semitism of any kind, no matter how much some wicked men try to pervert the Word of God.

The Jews did NOT “kill Jesus” as much of Hitler’s Europe was led to believe. A small group of a few corrupt FALSE Holy Jews of Jesus’ Day, whom Jesus Himself called snakes, vipers, and hypocrites, were behind the torture and crucifixion of Jesus Christ. They were aided by the turncoat Judas Iscariot and the Romans. So not every Jew that has ever lived “killed Jesus” as it has been, and sadly still is propagated by anti-semites today.

JESUS was a JEW, and ALL of His 12 Disciples were Jews, as well as 99% of His first followers. EVERY Book of the Holy Bible of Christianity, except for only 2 out of nearly 70 books, were ALL written by Jews. Only the Books of Luke and Acts were written by a non-Jew. There are thousands of instances in the Holy Bible which speak of God’s Everlasting Love for the Jewish people and thus for Israel. Our Lord Jesus loves them with that SAME Love, as He and our Father in Heaven YaHWeH are ONE.

If Jesus disliked his Jewish brethren, would He have suffered and died FOR THEM foremost above all other people? Would He promise to come back to SAVE THEM and Israel specifically from certain annihilation by the many Nations who come against them in the Last Days? The answer is NO on both counts. He died FOR THEM, as well as for all of us, but especially for them.

He said that salvation comes to the “JEW FIRST, then to the Gentile”. That ought to give you a strong indicator of Jesus’ stance on “anti-semites”. The Apostle Paul was given foreknowledge by our Lord that certain Christians would become proud and haughty, and proclaim that God was DONE with the Jewish people and Israel, and that “the Church” has become the NEW Israel of God, and inherits ALL of the Biblical Promises to Israel. Paul eloquently refuted this idea and rebuked sharply Christians who teach this in the Book of Romans Chapter 11. He went so far as to warn anyone believing this falsehood, that they were in danger of losing their SALVATION.

If anyone ever tries to feed you the demonic lie that God is DONE with Israel and the Jewish people, refer them to that powerful Chapter of Romans. If they still go on believing and teaching that false doctrine, they do so at their own peril.

Someone else who teaches that God is done with the Jews and Israel, but takes it one step further and calls for ANOTHER Holocaust, is of course Muhammed, the author of Islam. The majority of the muslims hold anti-Semitic beliefs, because the Quran teaches them to hate the Jew. Islam’s so-called “prophet” once watched as many as 600 Jews being BEHEADED in Medina in ONE DAY.

The Quran, penned by Muhammed, instructs muslims to “SLAY THE JEW” and “KILL THE JEW” wherever you find them. Because of Islam’s Jew-hating influence on America’s youth today, a recent study found that anti-Semitism skyrocketed nearly 50% on College Campuses last year.

The number one contributor to the rise of Jew-hatred in American Colleges is the anti-Israel Boycott, Divestment and Sanctions (BDS) movement. The Islamic-inspired BDS campaign against Israel has led to Nazi swastikas on walls or the doors of Jewish students, along with messages like “Hitler did nothing wrong.” Faculty members make anti-Semitic gestures in classrooms. Stars of David with an “X” scratched into them appear on windows and doors.

BDS supporters hand out materials at rallies that DENY the Holocaust and promote attacks against “Jews” and “Jew lovers”. BDS’ers protest, silence, harass and disrupt pro-Israel speakers, and sometimes prevent their lectures altogether.

Though the muslim, and specifically Palestinian, hatred of Israel and the Jews goes back thousands of years, the current BDS movement was started in 2005 by Omar Barghouti. Barghouti made clear that “the destruction of Israel” was the direct goal of the BDS. People today do not realize that Islamic nations were some of Hitler’s greatest allies in his quest to exterminate the Jews.

I have said it many times, and on Holocaust Memorial Day, I once again proclaim… If anyone discriminates against the Jews, you discriminate against ME. If you hate the Jews, then you hate ME. If you want war with the Jews and Israel, then you most assuredly will have war WITH ME. This should be the battlecry of every Holy Bible believer across the world.

When anyone messes with our God’s precious Jewish people, and His Jewish Nation of Israel, they mess with Christians. WE can end anti-semitism. We need to make it so uncomfortable for anti-semites that they have no choice but to go into hiding under a rock somewhere far far away. We need to stand up to and SHUT DOWN Jew-hating propaganda wherever it rears it’s ugly head.

Whether on social media, on television, in schools or anywhere in the public square, the lies and blood libels against the Jewish people and Israel cannot be tolerated, but must be strongly refuted and condemned.

Today, because of Holocaust era anti-semitism rising in Europe, Jews have been fleeing there in droves. A recent ADL (Anti-Defamation League) study revealed that 1/4 of the Globe, over 25%, and more than a BILLION people, are estimated to hold anti-semitic attitudes. A quarter of the globe! Just 2% would be far too much, let alone 25%! This garbage needs to end.

The Holocaust happened because CHRISTIANS remained SILENT and did virtually NOTHING. If that study is accurate, 1 in 4 people hate the Jew! This alarming news needs to wake Christians up to defend the Jew before another Holocaust can even be considered.

Many of us post #NeverAgain or #NeverForget hastags on social media on Holocaust Remembrance Days, but we need to do much more than that! Let’s not just SAY the words, but let’s ACT to ensure that what we are declaring, WE MEAN. We need to get serious about shooting down anti-semitism wherever we find it till our last breath on this earth.

If and when a majority of this ever-changing Godless world begins to turn against the Jews and Israel, will YOU have the courage to stand with THEM? Even if it means a target on YOUR back? Germany’s Christians sure didn’t. Will you be willing to stand ALONE? Will you be able to keep speaking and preaching the Truth of God’s Word in a world hostile toward the Holy Bible?

YOU MUST.

And I promise every Jew and the Nation of Israel today, that I ALWAYS WILL. You have my solemn word.

As Christians, we are called to LOVE GOD above all else, and thus we are to love what HE loves. God loves the JEWS, and God loves ISRAEL. So that means that we Christians are called to love them too. STAND WITH THE JEW. LOVE THE JEW. DEFEND THE JEW. NEVER FORGET.
