5 liberal judges of the U.S. Supreme Court threw out a “common-sense” Texas abortion law today, which will also effect many other similar laws across the Country. The Court’s 5-3 ruling in “Whole Woman’s Health v. Hellerstedt” struck down Texas’ 2013 law which required abortion providers to meet State standards for hospital-like surgical centers, and ensure that abortionists have admitting privileges at nearby hospitals in case of emergencies. The law required that all abortions must take place in ambulatory surgical centers, or mini-hospitals, instead of abortion clinics. One of the liberal judges who struck down the Law, Ruth Ginsburg, made it clear in her opinion that “the high court will NEVER allow ‘these types’ of laws to stand.”
The Law was intended to ensure safer procedures for the woman and the unborn. Yet Ginsburg said that there was “no proof” that the Law protected the health of the patients. Really?? Holding abortionists as accountable as any E.R. doctor or nurse would prevent malpractice and inhumane procedures, like the atrocities which are committed by Godless monsters like Dr. Kermit Gosnell. How could such a Law NOT benefit the patient or the unborn child?
Gosnell was the abortionist who was convicted of murdering at least 3 infants who were born alive during attempted abortion procedures. He owned the Women’s Medical Society clinic in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, where most of his murderous practices took place. In 2011, Gosnell and various employees were charged with 8 counts of murder, 24 felonies for performing illegal abortions beyond the state of Pennsylvania’s 24-week time limit, and 227 misdemeanor counts of violating the 24-hour informed consent law. An adult patient, Karnamaya Mongar, died following an abortion procedure by Gosnell. 7 newborns are said to have been killed, when their spinal cords were severed with scissors, after being born alive during attempted abortions.
Yet, the liberal “pro-choice” activists could care less about the heinous horror stories of botched abortions, they are instead celebrating today their victory for “easier access” to abortion. These activists, who get bent out of shape over America not passing stricter “gun laws”, have no problem with as FEW laws as possible, if any, that protect against the murder of BABIES. Hypocrites. Abortion is MURDER. Period. God begins our lives IN THE WOMB, and anyone who purposely ends His process of life, whether it be taking the life of a 30 year old or the life of a 3 week old, both are acts of MURDER equally in His Sight.

God also says in His Holy Word of Truth, that the fruit of the womb is a GIFT. Sadly, many women today are unappreciative, unthankful, and ungrateful recipients, quick to throw His precious gifts in the trash. Many women reading this may have had abortions through ignorance, and now regret the error of your ways. God will freely forgive you if you repent and get washed in the sin-cleansing Blood of Lord Jesus. To all of you women though who are proud to have had abortions or promote them with no remorse or repentance, you truly are “pro-choice”, because you have freely CHOSEN Hell over Heaven for Eternity.
Sadly, abortion is not the only abomination which 5 unelected liberal lawyers in the Supreme Court have legalized. McCollum vs. Board of Education (1948): Supreme Court (SCOTUS) finds Biblical instruction in public schools is a VIOLATION of the establishment clause and therefore unconstitutional.
Abington School District vs. Schemp (1963): SCOTUS finds reading Holy Bible over school intercoms unconstitutional.
Roe vs. Wade (1973): SCOTUS decision strikes down traditional Texas laws prohibiting elective abortion, in effect legalizing abortion-on-demand throughout the United States.
Stone vs. Graham (1980): SCOTUS finds posting of the Ten Commandments in schools unconstitutional.
Thornton vs. Caldor (1985): Private companies are free to fire people who refuse to work on the Biblical Sabbath Day.
Edwards vs. Aguillard (1987): Teaching Biblical Creationism in public schools is unconstitutional because it attempts to advance a particular “religion”. Yet Evolution, a “religion” in it’s own right is accepted.
Allegheny County vs. ACLU (1989): SCOTUS finds that a CHRISTmas Nativity scene displayed inside a government building violates the Establishment Clause.
Obergefell vs. Hodges (2015): SCOTUS rules that a State must license a marriage between two people of the same sex, in effect legalizing Gay Marriage.
This once great Judeo-Christian Nation, founded under God, with a fear and reverance for Him above all else, has departed from Him more and more each Year. Seemingly every decade for over half a century. The Supreme Court, 9 unelected judges, I believe shoulder most of the blame for this shameful departure from The LORD. Most of them have obviously not studied their American history or what our founders intended when penning the Constitution. The Supreme Court seems to care only for furthering the agenda of the Nation’s popular opinion, as opposed to defending America’s core principles, values, morals and Faith. They need to take a lesson from the very FIRST U.S. Supreme Court Chief-Justice, John Jay, who said –
“Providence has given to our people the choice of their rulers, and it is their DUTY as well as privilege, and in the interest of our CHRISTIAN NATION to select and prefer CHRISTIANS for their Rulers.”
The SCOTUS obviously cares nothing for the opinion of our Founders nor that of our former Presidents. George Washington, America’s FIRST President said ~
“Do not let any one claim to be a TRUE American if they ever attempt to remove OUR RELIGION (Christianity) from politics… The propitious smiles of Heaven can NEVER BE EXPECTED on a nation that DISREGARDS the Eternal rules of Order and Right which Heaven itself hath ORDAINED.”

Roosevelt seemed to be speaking prophetically. We are living in an America which serves the god of Secularism and thus brutal paganism. Yet, we have had a Supreme Court over the past half century who, even moreso today, wants to rewrite the Constitution and reinvent the Country to be the complete opposite of what our founders initially intended America to be. Last year, we lost one of the last remaining Justices on the SCOTUS who actually understood what our founders meant in the Constitution, and who stood firmly against radically transforming our society through the authority and influence of the Land’s Highest Court. In his last few years, Antonin Scalia had issued some scathing criticism for the Court on which he had served –
“What a crazy system to have the most important issues of our day decided by UNELECTED LAWYERS.”
“I call attention to this Court’s THREAT to American democracy.”
“This practice of Constitutional REVISION by an unelected committee of nine, always accompanied by extravagant praise of liberty, robs the People of the most important liberty they asserted in the Declaration of Independence and won in the Revolution of 1776: the freedom to govern themselves.”
“A system of government that makes the people SUBORDINATE to a committee of nine unelected lawyers does NOT DESERVE to be called a democracy.”
(On Gay Marriage Ruling) “The five justices who compose today’s majority are entirely comfortable concluding that every State VIOLATED the Constitution for ALL 135 years between the Fourteenth Amendment’s ratification and Massachusetts’ permitting of same-sex marriages in 2003.”
His fellow judge on the Court, John Roberts, echoed his remarks, saying, “The majority’s decision is an act of will, NOT legal judgment. The right it announces has NO BASIS in the Constitution or this Court’s precedent. Just who do we think we are?”
Amen. That is the question we should all be asking. Who do the SCOTUS think they are?! One thing is for certain, that they are NOT the Supreme Authority in the Land, our GOD IS. Any Laws that the Supreme Court pass which are contrary to or even BREAK our God’s Laws, are simply NULL AND VOID. They mean nothing to me, and should mean nothing to my Jewish friends or Christian brothers and sisters. We have but ONE Lawgiver and Just Judge, and He is not sitting amongst black robed American lawyers, nor in a White House in Washington DC. He is in Heaven, and His Laws and Word trump ALL.
So, while the SCOTUS may be able to make or change laws in this Nation at will, they can NEVER rewrite or change the Laws of our LORD. The only Judgment that the SCOTUS is bringing upon America is GOD’S JUDGMENT. They constantly “strike down” His Laws, ever forgetting, that HE can strike down THE NATION.
