Unless you live under a rock in some remote location of America, you have witnessed in recent weeks a strong opposition coming against Holy Bible believing Christians. Major American Corporations and Hollywood superpowers have joined with the Gay community to bully and threaten Christians into submission and defeat. On Monday, another RINO (Republican in name only) politician caved in to the demands of the Gay Mafia’s corporate bullies, and VETOED a Religious Liberty Bill which aimed to protect Christian Pastors and Churches, Jewish Synagogues and Faith-based businesses from performing services that violated their Biblical beliefs (namely same-sex marriage ceremonies). Known officially as HB 757, it was also known as the “Pastor Protection Act”, and had passed with bipartisan support in the Georgia House and Senate, and headed to Governor Nathan Deal’s desk to be signed. The Governor was then publicly threatened by the NFL and Disney, among other powerful corporations, that if he did not veto the bill then they would stop doing all business in Georgia. Unfortunately, as my fellow writer Todd Starnes put it, the Governor chose the “almighty DOLLAR” over Almighty GOD, and that is a disgraceful SHAME.
The Governor’s cowardly decision was a slap in the face of all the Christians that fight to get Republicans elected across the Nation, because we feel they will defend our beliefs and fight for our rights. Sadly, more and more Republican Governors, like Deal, are selling out to the Gay Lobby in order to protect their own interests and political careers. Georgia State Senator, Josh McKoon, said to FOX News, “It’s open season on people of faith in our state. It’s a slap in the face to conservatives, to evangelicals and to the broader faith community. The Governor’s office has been all over the place on this issue, from week to week, from day to day.” Deal’s explanation for the veto was, “This is about the character of our state and the character of its people.” So apparently the Governor believes the character of his State and people is selling out their Faith to the highest bidder. He added in his televised statement, “I do not respond well to insults or threats.” Well, apparently he’s not only a coward and a turncoat, but also a LIAR. He seemed to respond very well and very quickly to the threats of the LGBT’s bullies.
The NFL, Disney, Marvel, Apple, Coca Cola, Viacom, 21st Century Fox, Lionsgate, CBS, Netflix, Time Warner, Sony, Comcast/NBC Universal, MGM, AMC, Marriott, and other large companies, all said that they would BOYCOTT the State of Georgia if the bill was signed. They vowed to stop all future lucrative projects with the State if he signed the Religious Liberty Bill into law. If Deal was a true Christian, he would have told these Godless Corporations who have zero regard for our GOD’S Word and Laws, to take their business elsewhere. The NFL threatened that Atlanta could forget hosting a future Super Bowl if Deal didn’t axe the bill. Any TRUE God-fearing Christian would tell them “good riddance”! It is JUST A GAME folks. But God’s Word and Law is NOT a game. The Governor made the choice which he viewed would bring financial and political prosperity to himself and Georgia, forgetting that it is The LORD Alone Who blesses a Nation, Land or people. Apparently Deal believed the corporate giants were bigger than our God, but he and his State will find out in due time that he couldn’t have been more wrong. Governor Nathan Deal has demonstrated why Conservative Christian voters are so fed up with the Republican Party, and if someone like Ted Cruz doesn’t win the nomination and return the Party back to it’s original values, then myself and MANY will stop voting for them altogether.
Deal isn’t the first Republican Governor to sellout and bow to the Gay Corporate Lobby pressure. Indiana passed a Religious Freedom Act in ironically, the same week, last Year. And just like Georgia’s Governor, within less than a week, Indiana Governor Mike Pence caved to threats from Wal-Mart, Apple, the NCAA and Craigslist. Thank God though, that there are still a FEW Republican Governors out there who keep their campaign promises and their vows to protect and defend Biblical beliefs. One of those men is North Carolina Governor Pat McCrory. He has been enduring the same, if not more, pressure and bullying by the big Corporations as Governor Deal did, but the difference is that McCrory actually STANDS on his convictions and doesn’t cave to the highest bidder or biggest threat.
North Carolina recently passed a bill, HB2, which would require people to use the public bathroom or locker room that corresponds to their birth certificate gender. Common sense right?! Why wouldn’t that be a Law in every State, City and County in the Union? MEN use men’s restrooms, and WOMEN use women’s restrooms. Who in their right mind would oppose this common logic? The radical LGBT lobby, of course. They claim that the law legalizes “discrimination” against lesbian, gay, transgender, and bisexual people. REALLY?! My friends in North Carolina, the Benham Brothers, had the best response to this craziness ~

NO, we’re actually for protecting our girls’ privacy in their most vulnerable moments. And to be honest, those who oppose this common-sense protection sure seem to be against protecting our women and children.”
AMEN. Yet, in today’s Godless American society, there are many in powerful positions, from the President to Democratic Governors and Mayors, and even the NBA, who are opposing the law. The New York Governor, Andrew Cuomo, BANNED all non-essential state travel by state workers to North Carolina due to the passage of the law, along with the Mayors of New York, Seattle and San Francisco. The NBA is threatening to relocate next year’s All Star game from Charlotte, North Carolina to another City. Yet, thank God, McCrory is standing firm and not bowing to their bullying like other Republican Governors have done. President Obama, the Democratic Governors and Mayors, the NFL, NBA, and all of the Corporations, who have threatened and bullied the Republican legislators, are all HYPOCRITES. They all say that they are fighting “discrimination”, yet what they are doing is complete and utter discrimination against Christians and Jews who believe The Word of God. They all claim to be defending “Freedom”, while at the same time TRAMPLING and threatening the freedoms of those whom they disagree with. It is total hypocrisy. It is a WAR on Christians, and a collective assault on our beliefs.
There are many in America today, even in the Church, who are teaching that being “Gay is OK”, and that there is no need to change because you’re “born that way”, and Jesus “understands”. I beg to differ. Is being a child molester “ok” because you were born that way? How about being a rapist, cause you were born that way? A murderer? Someone who practices beastiality? One can certainly argue that any of these sinners could be “born that way”, if you’re going to accept that as an excuse for homosexuals. The devil, through a Biblically-hostile mainstream Media, has influenced this generation to justify sinful behavior in so many ways, and the Holy Bible is being dubbed by many as an “outdated” Book that needs to be “revised”. Many are saying that God needs to “evolve” in the 21st Century, but God is the SAME yesterday, today and FOREVER, and sadly most Christians today have forgotten that timeless Truth. They believe Satan’s lie, which says: if a “majority” of this generation believes GOD is “wrong” on any issue, then He must CHANGE His Way of thinking to adapt to US, rather than us having to adapt to HIM.
If sin was SIN yesterday, it’s STILL sin today. If God called something an abomination 3,000 years ago, then it is STILL an abomination today. Our Lord Jesus prophesied that, in the Last Days, Christians would BE HATED and persecuted for our Faith, and look no further than modern-day America as the fulfillment of His Prophecy. Phil Robertson of “Duck Dynasty” was suspended by A&E and crucified by the media for simply quoting a verse from the Holy Bible that mentioned Homosexuality as a “sin”. Jason and David Benham were likewise demonized by the left-wing media for similar comments about homosexuality, and their show on HGTV was cancelled before it had even aired. Of course, there’s Kim Davis, the County Clerk in Kentucky, who was thrown into PRISON because she refused to violate her Christian beliefs by signing her name to Gay Marriage licenses. When Lord Jesus forewarned us that Society would HATE US in the Last Days, He meant that we would NOT be “popular” with the mainstream, or with the government and powers that be. They would hate us for simply being CHRISTIANS. Eventually, the time would come when we would be IMPRISONED for our beliefs, and Kim Davis is living proof that those days of Christian persecution which He prophesied are HERE.
NO Government or Supreme Court or body of men can ever OVERRULE God as to what is legal and ILLEGAL. Thousands of years ago, God declared “men laying with men, and women laying with women” is an ABOMINATION. His declarations in the Holy Bible hold just as TRUE today as they did way back then. So then, since much of this Nation and world do not believe these Truths any longer, and have declared war on anyone who does, what is a Bible-believer to do? How do we fight back against such powerful enemies? God does not expect us to just sit back and take it, I guarantee you that. Being “peaceful” or “loving our enemies” does not mean that we surrender or betray our beliefs because we are outnumbered. Rather, I recall a command of Lord Jesus, to “be you WISE as serpents, and HARMLESS as doves.” We cannot fight these enemies physically, we cannot lower ourselves to their level through insults and hatred. Instead, we must beat them at their own game. Hit them where it hurts… FINANCIALLY.
We Christians can fight back with our WALLETS. Any of the Corporations I listed in this article who threatened to “boycott” States for defending God’s Laws, we should boycott THEM. In good conscience, how can any Christian give financially to a company that uses their money to oppose our God and HIS Word? We cannot. So, take down the names of all the Godless Corporations in this article and make a valiant effort to not buy any goods or services from any of them. While the NFL, NBA, Disney, Apple and the rest may think they are TOO BIG to fail or fall, they all forget there will ALWAYS be Someone Who is BIGGER, and that Someone is our GOD. It may not appear so at the moment, but we Christians need to remember, we CANNOT lose. All of the money in the world, and all of the most powerful leaders in this world cannot defeat us. For if God is on OUR side, WHO can be against US?! There are lot of Christians who love to quote the scripture, “Fight the good fight of Faith.” Well now it’s time to make that quote a REALITY in our lives. The time has come for every Christian in America to take a stand, and FIGHT THE GOOD FIGHT.
