PRIDE IS OF THE DEVIL: Stop Celebrating Sin And Start Repenting of It

As I checked social media this morning, #Pride, #PrideMonth, #LGBTPride, and many similar hashtags were trending. What’s worse was that many big name companies, celebrities, and politicians were tweeting support for “Gay Pride.”

Even TV networks that target children, such as Disney and Nickelodeon, were posting celebratory rainbow-colored tweets. And, worst of all, President Trump tweeted that HE was celebrating “Pride Month.” Not good.

He was not the only “right-wing” Republican or so-called “conservative” pundit that I saw doing this. I expect the celebration and glorification of “LGBT Pride” from the left-wing libs and Democrats, but never from someone claiming to be a conservative.

If you support same-sex marriage or Gay Pride, you are certainly not a conservative. I don’t care how you try to explain or rationalize why you believe what you believe. I feel like my job, as of late, has been to call out all of the backslidden Christians and fake conservatives among us today.

Too many of my fellow Americans, who claim to read the same Holy Bible as me, appear to be simply “going along to get along.” Barely anyone is standing up for Biblical values and morals these days.

While I’m sure that there are many out there who believe just like me, it appears that they are afraid to speak out in public about what God’s Word actually says. I believe this is because the “Pride” movement are so extremely vicious toward anyone who dares stand against them. They claim that they are the “victims,” while at the same time attacking and threatening anyone who will not support their celebration of sin.

I, for one, do not support them; and I stand 110% against their “pride.” Shame on the President for endorsing the celebration of what God calls abomination, and double shame on all Christians and Jews who know God’s Word and still support it.

Am I picking on the gay community? Absolutely not. We ALL sin… but I only see one group of people in America today who actually celebrate their sin instead of repenting of it, and that would be the LGBT community.

I wrote a great deal about this subject, and all of the Biblical reasons why Christians cannot get on board the “Pride” train, in my first book “The Signs of Our Times.” Since I don’t want to repeat in this article all that I wrote in the book, I wanted to share a few pages of the chapter LGBT “Pride”…

“God gave them up unto vile affections: for even their women did change the natural use into that which is against nature: And likewise also the men, leaving the natural use of the woman, burned in their lust one toward another; Men with men, working that which is unseemly, and receiving in themselves that recompence of their error, which was fitting retribution. And even as they did not like to retain God in their knowledge, God gave them over to a reprobate mind, to do those things which are not convenient.” – ROMANS 1:26-28

Right off the bat, so that I’m not immediately condemned as being a “hateful bigot” before people even take the time to read this chapter, let me be crystal clear that I do not “hate” homosexuals. In this life, I have had many close friends and colleagues who are “gay.” Some of them have been as close as family, and I love them like family. So, how in the world could I possibly hate gays? I do not. Just as I do not hate Muslims, even though I staunchly oppose Islam.

I do, however, stand against everything that is against my God. Therefore, I oppose the LGBT agenda and pride; while I see the “people” as confused sinners who have yet to come to full knowledge of the truth. LGBT activism, like Islam, is an anti-God religion. Yes, that’s right, I called the LGBT movement a “religion.” Because as with Islam, or today’s “climate change” movement, they hold strong beliefs which they force others to accept and support.

That is exactly why Christianity is not a religion, but the truth. We do not need to force our beliefs on anyone. We simply present others with what God’s Word says, and then allow them to accept or reject it. The Godless movements which I have mentioned, on the other hand, do not afford you any such choice.

For instance, with Islam, it is “convert or die.” Climate change activists say that denial of their theory should be “criminalized.” The LGBT community says “support us – or else.” Isn’t it funny how most of the vocal adherents to these movements all say that us Christians “force our beliefs upon others”? While, in reality, it is so obviously the other way around.

I’m not afraid to say that I stand uncompromisingly against the pride of the LGBT community. Pride is of Satan. Lucifer fell from Heaven because of his “pride” (Ezekiel 28). Proverbs 8:13 says, “to fear the LORD is to hate evil; I hate pride and arrogance, evil behavior and perverse speech.” Notice the words that pride is grouped with – evil, arrogance, and perverse. Pride is not a word that should be celebrated by any means.

So, do I hate the pride, evil behavior, and perverseness, of the LGBT community? You bet I do. Do I hate the people themselves? Of course not. I’m sure you have heard it said a thousand times – and you should, because it is true – that “God hates the sin, not the sinner.” He wills that every poor sinner would repent and turn to Him through His Son, Lord Jesus.

My friends, the Benham Brothers, say it best – “God loves all people, but He does not love all ideas.” That is how I live my life. I love everyone, but I don’t always support their actions or beliefs. I hate the sin, with a passion, but I have compassion toward the person who is stuck in the sin. I want all sinners to know that God does not approve of their behavior, but also that it is never too late to turn from their wicked ways.

For those who don’t know my backstory, I was not always a Holy Bible thumper. A decade ago, I was the worst sinner on the block. I was committing virtually every sin under the Sun and – still – God loved me. He pulled me out of the deep dark waters of sin, and now I try to love others just as He has loved me. He gave me a new life. A second chance. I was truly “reborn” as a new creation. We all can be. We all must be in order to reach Heaven. You cannot dwell in unrepentant sin, and still call yourself a Christian. You need to turn and flee from your sin wherever it rears its ugly head.

We ALL sin. No one is perfect except for Christ Jesus, and so we all fall short of God’s Glory (Romans 3:23). Still, as long as you repent of your sins and regret committing them, you can receive God’s forgiveness and mercy – through Christ – every single day. For without repentance, there can be no forgiveness. There can be no mercy. That is the reason why I despise LGBT Pride, because there is absolutely no repentance to be found within the movement. They, instead, are celebrating their sin – as opposed to regretting it.

I wish that every Christian would view this issue through a Biblical lens; because if they did, this nation wouldn’t be in the sinful mess that it is today. Think for a second… what other sin mentioned in God’s Word is “celebrated” by our society? Is blasphemy celebrated? How about dishonoring your parents? Stealing? Murder? Coveting? Lust? Adultery? Gossip? Lying? Drunkenness? The answer is none of the above! Not one of these is ever celebrated in our society, because we recognize these things for what they are – SIN.

Why then is homosexuality treated differently from all of the other sins mentioned in the Holy Bible? I’m pretty sure that there are far more liars, gossipers, drunkards, thieves, and even adulterers, in this nation and world than there are homosexuals. Why aren’t we celebrating them? If you don’t think that it’s right, and if you think that it is inherently wrong, for the aforementioned groups to be proud of their sins, then how and why do so many of you have no problem supporting Gay Pride? Why won’t you stand with the other sinners in their trespasses against God? If you’re going to say that one sin is “ok,” then you might as well support them all. Otherwise, you are a hypocrite.

What exactly are gays so “proud” of anyway? Has anyone ever pondered that? Are they truly proud of being what God dubs “a sinner”? It sure seems like they are. They don’t want to repent of their abominable lifestyles, because they don’t see anything wrong with it. They could care less what God thinks about it. They believe that He needs to “get with the times,” because they refuse to change their ways. Sodom and Gomorrah thought the same way. How’d they turn out?

So, if you are a Christian or Jew who doesn’t know your God’s Word and what His view is on the matter, be sure to grab the book.

At the end of that day, in that chapter and in this article, I’m not attacking the LGBT community. I’m speaking out against their “PRIDE.” I have no problem with the people. I have a problem with the celebration of sin.

America just experienced the worst tornado outbreak in nearly a half-century over the course of the past few weeks, and many American cities in the South are enduring record flooding. God has been trying to get our attention in every way possible to alert us that we, as a people, are displeasing Him with so many things that we do.

I believe that celebrating a sin that He has dubbed an “abomination” is at the top of the list. Will Americans heed His many warnings? Will you ignore Him? Will you ignore the many words of warning that I’ve been issuing through the guidance of His Holy Spirit?

Will you keep on doing what you’ve always been doing, and keep living the way you’ve been living? Will you keep believing that all of the disasters that have recently befallen this nation are just the effects of random “climate change.”

Well, if you do keep on keeping on and completely ignore God’s Word in your lives, then don’t come crying to me when the LORD shows up to rain on your “Pride” parades. My advice to everyone out there supporting LGBT Pride is……. BRING AN UMBRELLA.
