Last night’s brutal massacre at The Pulse, a gay night club in Orlando, Florida, left at least 50 people dead and around 55 injured. It was the deadliest mass shooting in American history, and of course, the ideology behind the attack was of the “peaceful religion” of Islam. Hopefully, with clear eyes, the gay community will finally come to realize that their REAL enemies are not us “bigoted” Christians, but rather the “murderous” Islamists. The shooter, identified as Muslim, Omar Siddiqui Mateen, was of Afghan descent and living in Port St. Lucie, Florida. Mateen was known to the FBI, and came to the attention of federal authorities twice prior to being identified as the gunman in the Orlando nightclub mass jihad shooting. Mateen called 911 during the attack to publicly declare his “allegiance to ISIS (Islamic State)”. An ISIS spokesman, Abu Mohammed al-Adnani, recently called for attacks against America during the muslim month of Ramadan, which began just days ago.
The slaughter at the club began around 2 a.m. and the terrifying ordeal, which included him taking hostages, lasted about 3 hours. He was armed with a handgun and an assault rifle, and was eventually killed by law enforcement. During the attack, the Facebook page of the night club warned it’s customers to “get out of Pulse and keep running.” This was clearly an Islamic Terror Attack, and there can be no argument. Yet, in President Obama’s press conference today, while calling it an act of terrorism, he conveniently did not mention the words “Islam” or “Muslim” even once. Proving that even the death of 50 Americans cannot bring Obama to dirty the name of his beloved religion. He was probably just angry because it was too soon after the attack to give an “Islamophobia” lecture to the American people. He also, along with many other liberals and democrats are using the deadly event to push for “gun control”. They just do not get it. Islamists have proven, when they want to kill you, they will kill you with whatever they can get their hands on. If it’s not guns, they will use knives, machetes, axes, or even pressure cookers. Will Obama ever push for a “pressure cooker ban”?
The fact is, as I’ve said so many times before, this is nothing new, not an isolated incident, but Islamic Terror IS Islam. This young man wasn’t “mentally ill” or a homophobe who suddenly went postal, he was a Muslim adhering to the commands of his “holy book”, the Quran. It’s not just an idea that ISIS cooked up, to target and murder gays. In Islamic nations like Afghanistan, Brunei, Iran, Mauritania, Nigeria, Saudi Arabia, Sudan, United Arab Emirates and Yemen, homosexual activity carries the DEATH PENALTY. In others, such as Algeria, Maldives, Malaysia, Qatar, Somalia and Syria, it is illegal. Gays are beheaded, hung, stoned to death, and thrown off of buildings in Saudi Arabia and Iran, where their “prophet” Muhammad’s laws are applied most strictly. One Islamic cleric said, “the only point of theological debate is not whether the homosexual should be killed, but HOW it should be done.”
What a contrast with the teachings of Christianity, the Faith which the gay community attacks the most. We Christians simply speak out against homosexuality and gay marriage, teaching that it is sin, and that it needs to be repented of and turned away from. Our Lord Jesus Christ commanded us to show sinners the error of their ways, to preach repentance, and the Salvation from sin found only in Him. Muhammad of Islam, on the other hand, offers no such salvation for homosexuals, rather his commands to his followers are to torture, slay and MURDER the gays. Yet, Christians like myself, Phil Robertson, and my friends the Benham Brothers, are verbally attacked daily by the LGBT community, while ISIS, and this recent Islamic murderer seem to be given a pass. The hypocrisy of the gay community needs to end.
Since it’s inception over 1,000 years ago, over 270 MILLION human beings have been murdered at the hands of Islamists, many of the victims being homosexuals. Murder is an abomination to our God of the Holy Bible. To Allah of Islam, murder is a COMMAND that is found all to often in the pages of the Quran. I recently heard someone say it best concerning the difference between those who murder in Allah’s name and those who murder in Christ’s Name ~
“Muslims who murder for the cause of Allah are being GOOD Muslims. Christians who murder for the cause of Christ are being BAD Christians.”
Us Christians, while we greatly disagree with the LGBT community and do not condone homosexual lifestyles, we do not hate gays, nor would we ever call for their death. While our message may come off to those uneducated in Biblical teaching as “bigoted” or “hateful”, in reality our goal is the salvation of their souls and to lead them back to God. Islamists do not offer them any means of salvation. They expect gays to turn to Allah or DIE. If the worst mass shooting of homosexuals in American history by a Muslim terrorist does not cause the gay community to face the facts, to reanalyze where their anger should be focused, and to realize who their TRUE ENEMY is, then sadly they never will. Let’s hope they do.
