“Jesus said… Upon the earth shall be distress of nations, with perplexity; the sea and the waves roaring; Men’s hearts failing them for fear, and for looking after those things which are coming on the earth.” – Luke 21:25-26
Hurricane Season is rapidly approaching and my predictions for the most devastating of 2024 have arrived. Though I took the past few years off, from 2016-2020 I had wrote about the undeniable correlation between historic hurricanes and judgments of the LORD upon America. Back in 2016, I began to examine the Atlantic Hurricane Season names and note those associated with God’s Word.
In 2016, I predicted that Matthew would be a devastating hurricane, and it was.
In 2017, I chose Maria (Mary) off the list, and we all know the destruction that was left in that storm’s wake – especially in the American territory of Puerto Rico. It contributed to 2017 becoming the costliest season in U.S. history.
In 2018, I predicted that Michael would be one of the most destructive hurricanes, and it was indeed – being the strongest Cat-5 hurricane to strike the United States in half a century.
2019 was thankfully a quiet year.
In 2020, it was also a tame season compared to previous years, but the two strongest and costliest hurricanes of the year were off of my list – Hanna (Hannah) and Isaias (Isaiah).
During my break, I made no predictions and the 2021-2023 seasons were very tame. I wouldn’t have had much to write about. There may be a reason why the Holy Spirit inspired me to return in 2024. The Atlantic Hurricane Season list of names was recently released, and so here are my annual predictions for the storms that we should pay close attention to…
Debby (Deborah): The first and only female Judge of Israel – Book of Judges
Isaac: Patriarch of Israel – Book of Genesis
Rafael (Raphael): Archangel – Book of Tobit
Sara (Sarah): Abraham’s wife – Book of Genesis
In my first book, “The Signs of Our Times,” I explained my reasoning for why I believe God specifically uses Biblically-named storms to pour out His judgments upon America. In the chapter on hurricanes, you’ll also read about:
– Why Biblically-named hurricanes have been some of the most devastating and destructive in U.S. history.
– The undeniable connection between U.S. mistreatment of Israel and historic hurricanes.
– Why U.S. “Land-for-Peace” Deals between Israel and Palestine always warrant, and bring God’s Wrath upon America.
– Why hurricanes are not a result of “Climate Change” or “Global Warming.”
In my second book, “EVEN MORE Signs of Our Times,” you’ll read about:
– Why a God-provoking decision by the U.S. Supreme Court in 2014 was directly connected to Hurricane Michael in 2018.
– 7 specific reasons, besides mistreating Israel, why the LORD sends hurricanes as judgments upon the USA.
In my latest article about the coming 2024 Total Solar Eclipse, I warned about the Biden Administration potentially laying out a “Land for Peace” Deal that the President could try to force on Israel. Historically, this action by U.S. presidents has always brought historic and devastating hurricanes upon America.
Let’s all pray that President Biden doesn’t make the same costly mistake as so many of his predecessors. If he does, 2024 could set records as one of the worst hurricane seasons in American history. The Eclipse will be God’s warning, and history shows that hurricanes will certainly be used as judgments if His warning is not heeded.

“Behold, a whirlwind of the LORD is gone forth in fury, even a grievous whirlwind: it shall fall grievously upon the head of the wicked. The anger of the LORD shall not return, until he has executed, and till he has performed the thoughts of his heart: in the latter days you shall consider it perfectly.” – Jeremiah 23:19-20 & 25:32/Nahum 1:3
“Behold, the Lord has a mighty and strong one, which as a tempest of hail and a destroying storm, as a flood of mighty waters overflowing, shall cast down to the earth with the hand.” – Isaiah 28:2
“Thus saith the LORD; Behold, waters rise up out of the north, and shall be an overflowing flood, and shall overflow the land, and all that is therein; the city, and them that dwell therein: then the men shall cry, and all the inhabitants of the land shall howl.” – Jeremiah 47:2
“He calls for the waters of the sea, and pours them out upon the face of the earth: The Lord is his name.” – Amos 9:6
