While CNN, and much of the mainstream news media here in America, has been reporting on nothing but Donald Trump 24-7 – about whether he allegedly “colluded with Russians,” or has possibly made “racist statements” in his past – there is actually a whole lot going on in this Country that is REAL cause for alarm.
Christian freedoms are still being threatened across this country, on a daily basis, even though there is now a Republican majority in our government. So, I shudder to think what the future will look like if the Democrats ever assume control of the White House again. While President Trump is far from perfect, and I was definitely not a fan of his early on, he has certainly been a defender of Christians and our Religious Freedom.
I appreciate the steps which he and his administration have taken to prevent the widespread persecution which we had endured under former president Obama. Still, even after protections which Trump has put in place, liberals are still bullying – persecuting – threatening – and suing Christians who will not bow to their unGodly agenda.
Case in Point #1: A little over two months since the Colorado baker, Jack Phillips, won a U.S. Supreme Court case which upheld his right to refuse making cakes for Gay Weddings – he is back in court AGAIN; this time for objecting to make a cake celebrating transgenderism. The SCOTUS ruled 7-2 in favor of Phillips, arguing that – as a Christian – he had been targeted by Colorado’s Civil Rights Commission due to his Biblical beliefs.
Apparently though, the liberal powers-that-be in Colorado didn’t get the Supremes’ memo. A few weeks after the SCOTUS decision, the State ruled that Phillips had “violated the law by refusing to make a cake celebrating a gender transition” of a Colorado lawyer. Last year, the transgender lawyer asked Phillips to make a cake celebrating their “transition.” When he refused on religious grounds, she of course sued him.
The State, like in Phillips’ previous case, ruled against him. It is important to note, Phillips has also received many requests to make cakes celebrating Satan, marijuana, witchcraft, and sexually explicit imagery; and he refused to make them. So, he is not singling out homosexuals or transgenders. He opposes celebrating anything which the Holy Bible labels as sinful.
It is also important to note that many of the cake requests, which I just mentioned, came from the same lawyer who is suing Phillips. In response to the continued persecution by Colorado, the Alliance Defending Freedom (ADF), the legal group that successfully defended Phillips in the Supreme Court, has filed a lawsuit against the State’s Civil Rights Commission, the Attorney General, and the Colorado Governor.
The lawsuit’s introduction reads, “After Phillips defended himself all the way to the U.S. Supreme Court and won, he thought Colorado’s hostility toward his faith was over. He was wrong … Colorado has renewed its war against him by embarking on another attempt to prosecute him, in direct conflict with the Supreme Court’s ruling in his favor. This lawsuit is necessary to stop Colorado’s continuing persecution of Phillips.”
After the renewed persecution by his State, Phillips penned an op-ed in USA Today. The owner of Masterpiece Cakeshop exposed Colorado’s left-leaning Civil Rights Commission for purposefully targeting him because of his deeply-held beliefs. Phillips said that he was being “targeted again” for his Christian beliefs, noting “shock” that the Commission took on the complaint just “mere weeks” after the Supreme Court ruled in his favor.
“The state did this even though it ALLOWS OTHERS – like three bakers who were asked for cakes criticizing same-sex marriage – to decline requests for cakes expressing messages that they don’t communicate for anyone. The government is clearly treating me worse than others,” he said.
“The State is contradicting what it told the Supreme Court in my prior case, when the government said that I was free ‘to decline to sell cakes with pro-gay designs or inscriptions’ … Yet the cake requested in the new case obviously had a pro-LGBT design. The person who requested it even recognized that the design was intended to represent and celebrate a gender transition,” Phillips argued.
“The inconsistency between what the state told the Supreme Court and what it is doing to me now shows the government’s real policy: No matter the circumstances, I must be punished.” This is the textbook definition of “Christian persecution.” I write about Jack’s case in my new Book, and the cases of many other Christians who have been sued by the “LGBT Mafia” and Godless liberals in this country.
Jack is just one of many believers who are standing their ground against an agenda that seeks to bully Christians into submission. Speaking of bullying us believers into submission, there is no other State in our union today that seeks to do so more than California.
That brings us to Case in Point #2: In my Book, I also write about the proposed “Bible-Ban” in California. Yes that’s right, I said BIBLE-BAN. You would think this would be something that would attract the attention of the mainstream news media, but we all know by now that America’s liberal media would be “all for” banning the Word of God.
Our Holy Book is the only thing preventing them from transforming this country into the sin-laden oasis which they have long desired it to be. If CNN, MSNBC, and liberal Hollywood, had their way, then the entire nation would resemble California. So, it’s actually not a surprise to me that Cali wants to ban God’s Word, but it is shocking that they may actually get away with it!
The Democrat-controlled State Senate just passed a controversial bill which labeled as “fraud” any business or goods that advance “sexual orientation change efforts therapy.” On the surface, you would think that this bill has nothing to do with the Holy Bible. Why then is it considered a Bible-Ban? Just like with anything else, you have to carefully read the fine print.
Assembly Bill 2943 states that any goods (including books) which advance “efforts to change behaviors or gender expressions, or to eliminate or reduce sexual or romantic attractions or feelings toward individuals of the same sex,” are considered fraudulent and illegal.
Meaning, in layman’s terms, that any Christian book (or business for that matter) which calls homosexuality or transgenderism “sin against God” and which calls for the sinful individual to repent and “turn from” their sins – will be banned in California. If you are caught distributing such material (including the Holy Bible), outside of a Church or Christian gathering, you can be arrested and charged with a crime.
If this isn’t something straight out of a “Last Days” Christian film about the AntiChrist, then I don’t know what is! Even Pastors and Priests can be arrested for advising a homosexual to change their ways, as “all sexual orientation change efforts” will become “an unlawful practice under California’s Consumer Legal Remedies Act.” God help us.
As, I stated in my previous article about California’s “Largest Wildfire in State History,” the Godless State has given the LORD far too many reasons to pour out His Judgment.
Finally, Case in Point #3: The Democrat Party has moved even further Left than it was under Obama (which is scary), since Donald Trump assumed the Presidency, and this has led to many candidates being openly anti-Christian and Biblically-hostile.
Because of the unbridled hate which the lamestream media spews against Trump on a nightly basis to the Democrat voters, your average left-wing American citizen will vote for just about anyone these days in order to “stop Trump” and those “evil Republicans.”
Instead of closely examining the demonic platform of their own Party, or the radical candidates they are voting for, many “Christian Dems” allow themselves to be force-fed the wildest criticism of the Republican Party. While I don’t agree with everything that Donald Trump or the Republicans do, I’m far more comfortable (as a Christian) with them in power.
One of the most anti-Christian candidates for Governor of an American State, that we have ever seen, just became the Democratic nominee in Vermont. Many ignorant Dems, who obviously never read their Holy Bibles, voted for the Godless candidate because he/she would be the first “Transgender Governor” in history.
Now, obviously, the vast majority of transgenders don’t believe the Holy Bible. That, in itself, should be a major problem with this candidate for Christians; but, believe it or not, it gets worse. Not only does David (Christine) Hallquist not believe in God, he has publicly said, and tweeted, some very disparaging things against Holy Bible believers.
He once tweeted that Christians are “radical,” and that we should “not be tolerated.” Ok, so someone who doesn’t think that Christians should be tolerated in this nation is going to hold the most powerful position of an American State? What kind of world are we living in! Things have gotten completely insane.
It appears as if everything that America’s Leftists falsely accuse us Christians of doing to others, they are actually doing to us.
Case in point #1: They accuse us of forcing our beliefs on others, meanwhile, they are forcing us to celebrate or participate in what they believe – OR ELSE.
Case in point #2: They accuse us of being Islamophobic and hostile toward other religions, yet at the same time, they are Christianophobic and are actually trying to have our Holy Book BANNED. While I loathe the Quran or books on the Satanic occult, and the demonic messages in them, I’m not calling for laws to have them banned in America (nor is any other Christian).
Case in point #3: They falsely accuse us of propping up politicians who “hate” certain groups of people in America, while they are running candidates for major political offices that believe the Christian faith should “not be tolerated”! Is there any liberal or Democrat on God’s green earth that cannot see the utter hypocrisy here?
You cannot continue to brand us as anti-this or anti-that, nor accuse us of being “hateful” toward anything or anyone, until you yourselves stop being blatantly ANTI-CHRISTIAN.
