HOLY FIRE: “Largest Wildfire In California History” May Be Long-Overdue Judgment Upon The Godless State

I have been keeping a close eye on the recent wildfire outbreaks in California, and across other parts of the U.S. and Europe. I have been waiting on God’s guidance as to when to address them. The headlines which I read today left no doubt in my mind that now was the time to write about it.

Trending on Twitter was “Holy Fire.” Obviously, that would catch the eyes of any believer. While the reasoning behind such a name being given to a new California wildfire may not have had anything to do with our God, I believe He is forcing Cali to admit that they are enduring His Judgment. God is no doubt sending rebukes to arguably the most Godless State in our Union today, in the form of destructive “Holy Fire.”

Besides the headlines about Holy Fire, I also noticed tonight that one of California’s current catastrophic blazes about doubled in size over the weekend; officially making it the “Largest Wildfire in the State’s history,” as of this evening. In a State which is used to experiencing devastating wildfires annually, THE LARGEST IN STATE HISTORY definitely stands out as a pretty big deal!

The blaze, still burning out of control, and which is only 30% contained, has been dubbed the “Mendocino Complex Fire.” It consists of two fires – the Ranch Fire and the River Fire – which are burning up land in Northern California. The Mendocino Fire has burned nearly 300,000 acres, and grew about 70% over the weekend.

In Shasta County, there is the devastating “Carr Fire.” Large parts of Redding, California, were damaged by the Carr Fire – which has burned more than 160,000 acres. Burning for three weeks thus far, it has destroyed more than 1,600 structures, has caused parts of Yosemite National Park to close indefinitely, and is only 45% contained.

Another major fire, in Northern California, is known as the “Ferguson Fire,” and is also three-weeks-old. This fire has already scorched nearly 90,000 acres, and is only about 40% contained, according to authorities. The fires aren’t just plaguing Northern Cali though, as there are currently 17 major fires burning across the State, being battled by nearly 15,000 firefighters.

Forecasters say that strong winds, triple-digit temps, and pretty much zero chance of rain, pose a long-lasting wildfire threat to many parts of California. One Cali wildfire burned so hot, in dry and windy conditions, that it birthed a record-breaking “Flame Tornado.”

What was dubbed, the “Fire Whirl,” sprung up near Redding, and reached speeds of 230 km/h. The tornado measured as an F-3, which is virtually unheard of in California. The State has not recorded a tornado of that strength in 40 years.

President Trump has declared a “major disaster” in the State, ordering federal funding to be made available to help recovery efforts. In 2018, California wildfires have burned more land earlier in the fire season than usual, according to Cal Fire. About 600,000 acres of land have been burned in just the past month.

Other States experiencing devastating wildfires are Nevada, Oregon, Colorado, and Utah. Officials are saying that fire season in the West started out early, and is on pace to be one of the worst seasons ever.

In my new book, “THE SIGNS OF OUR TIMES: 12 Biblical Reasons Why This Could Be The Generation of The Rapture,” I talk about the many forms of weather that God can use to bring judgments upon an unGodly or backslidden nation. I also said in the book that California was at the top of the list for coming judgments of the LORD. I believe that these wildfires are one of those long-overdue judgments.

Of course, the heathen in Cali would never admit that they have incurred God’s Wrath upon their State, through their wicked and abominable ways. I didn’t expect them to. That is why the LORD’s judgment is coming upon them in the first place. They will not acknowledge God, nor repent of their many blatant sins, and thus I believe he is cleansing their land with a “HOLY FIRE.”

Instead of repenting, and begging God to have mercy on them, the liberals in Cali are blaming their woes on “Climate Change” (also known as “Global Warming”). You and I know better, as people who fear God. Here is a Word of the LORD from Isaiah, Chapter 24 and verses 5-6, that a Godless State like California needs to hear –

“The earth is defiled under the inhabitants thereof; because they have transgressed the Laws, changed the Ordinance, broken the everlasting Covenant. Therefore has the curse devoured the earth, and they that dwell therein are desolate: therefore the inhabitants of the earth are burned, and few men left.”

The LORD says that our sins bring a curse upon the earth, and one of the effects of that is the inhabitants of earth being “burned” with “great heat” (Revelation 16:9). Until Californians repent of their Godless ways, along with Nevadans, and many other States of our Union, much of America’s land will continue to burn.

Californians have, no doubt, long defiled the earth with their sins, have brought a curse upon their land, and have forgotten the God of our fathers – through Whom all blessings flow. Look at the many images of California’s wildfires raging, and it looks like Hell on earth. It is God’s Word coming to pass before our very eyes. As Californians live like hellians, God is turning their state into HELL.

“All the nations that forget God shall be TURNED INTO HELL.” (Psalm 9:17)

“Thus saith the LORD, a fire is kindled in My ANGER, and shall burn unto the lowest hell, and shall consume the earth with her increase, and set on fire the foundations of the mountains.” – Deuteronomy 32:22

“FIRE, and hail; snow, and vapours; stormy wind fulfilling His Word.” – Psalm 148:8

“Thus saith The LORD, I will punish you according to the fruit of your doings, and I will kindle a FIRE in the forest thereof, and it shall devour all things round about it.” – Jeremiah 21:14

“The FIRE has devoured the pastures of the wilderness, and the FLAME has burned all the trees of the field.” – Joel 1:19-20
