DEFUND THE UN: America Must Stop Financing United Nations’ War On Israel

The worst human rights violator in the world today, according to the United Nations’ Human Rights Council, is… ISRAEL. Sadly, this is not a satirical article. The conclusion of today’s UNHRC session in Geneva is that the only Democracy in the wartorn Middle East, the Jewish State, poses the greatest threat to “human rights”. The U.N. apparently has no problem with the Assad regime in Syria murdering thousands of his own people. It has no concerns about Islamic dictatorships in Iran, Saudi Arabia, Palestine, Egypt, or Pakistan, and their jailing and killing Christians, bulldozing Churches, throwing homosexuals off of highrise buildings, or oppressing women. It has no worries about Russia or China, and their persecution of Christians. Nor does the United Nations view the maniacal warmonger in North Korea as the greatest threat to humanity. No, the international body believes that none of the above nations violate human rights more than ISRAEL. What a crock!

At the same time that the biased UN is targeting God’s Chosen Nation, and America’s greatest Ally, the United States provides about 30% of the Godless organization’s funding. This disgrace must END. Over the past decade, the UNHRC has condemned Israel moreso than any other of the 192 UN states. There have been around 80 resolutions and decisions demonizing Israel, while there have only been around 30 on Syria, less than 10 on North Korea, only SIX on Iran, and a whopping ZERO on Saudi Arabia, Russia, and China. Just to recap, the Democratic State of Israel was condemned by the UNHRC almost TWICE as much as all of the world’s most notorious and murderous Nations COMBINED.

Again, let me remind you that the UNHRC stands for United Nations’ “HUMAN RIGHTS” Council. I’d really like to know what their definition of “human rights” is, because it surely isn’t the same definition that the rest of the civilized world understands it to be. Year after year, the explicit anti-Israel bias of the United Nations just continues to get worse. Now that there is a Republican Government in the United States, it is high time that the United States acts to send a clear message to the UN that ENOUGH IS ENOUGH. And the clearest message we can send is to STOP FUNDING the crooked demonic organization. How in the world we still are, at this point, is beyond me.

Defunding the United Nations is America’s only option. There are no other measures we could take that would possibly curb their constant propaganda war against Israel. The only way that the Human Rights Council could ever be cleaned up, or better yet eliminated, is a vote by the General Assembly. Unfortunately, America holds only ONE vote in the Assembly, while the anti-Israel Islamic Nations hold nearly SIXTY. The UNHRC is not some confined group of Israel haters in the United Nations, as unfortunately, the ENTIRE Global body holds animus against the Jewish State. That is why, the United States needs to cut ALL TIES, and especially ALL FINANCIAL AID to the anti-Semitic UN.  

As of last year, the UN’s Security Council has passed nearly 250 resolutions against Israel, which is FAR more than they have against any other nation of the world. In 2016, the General Assembly adopted 20 resolutions singling out Israel, and only THREE resolutions on the rest of the world combined. The 3 were comprised of just ONE against Syria, whose government has murdered more than 200,000 of it’s own citizens – only ONE against Iran – and ONE against North Korea. So, 20 resolutions condemning the Jewish State, and only 3 against the world’s most brutal, and deadly regimes.

The unGodly United Nations, while masquerading as a global organization promoting peace and human rights, is nothing more than a biased and corrupt tool of the devil used to threaten God’s Chosen Nation. Late last year, the UN agency, UNESCO, adopted one of their many anti-Israel resolutions, and that particular resolution was not only an attempt to delegitimize the Jewish State, but to also erase and REWRITE HISTORY. The crooked UN uplifted Islam and the desires of muslims over Judaism, Christianity and Biblical Truth. UNESCO passed a resolution which denied Jewish connection to JERUSALEM.

The UN officially disregarded Israel’s Biblical, archaeological, and historical claims to the Holy City, along with two of Judaism’s Holiest sites. The resolution means that the UN now officially refers to the Temple Mount and the Western Wall by Muslim names, and no longer in Hebrew or English terms. A special section of the resolution claims the sites are now only sacred to the Islamic faith. What blatant utter falsehood and disgraceful denial of world history! The Temple Mount is the holiest site in Judaism, as it is believed to be the place where God’s Divine Presence is manifested more than any other place on earth.

The Holy Bible refers to the Holy Hill as Mount Zion, where both Jewish Holy Temples stood. The Western Wall is what remains of the 2nd Temple. To say that either of these Holy Sites have no connection to the Jews or to Israel is to not only deny the Holy Bible, but with it, thousands of years of recorded human history. The Land which the UN calls Palestinian territory was given to Israel by The LORD around 4,000 years ago as an EVERLASTING possession. Jerusalem is HIS Holy City given solely to the Jews as their Capital, NOT Allah’s City and NOT muslim property.

The text of the resolution wrongly refers to the “West Bank” and eastern sections of Jerusalem as “Palestinian territory occupied since 1967.” In reality, the Palestinians have NEVER had a “State” in what is today referred to as the “West Bank” or eastern Jerusalem, and they have NEVER been legally recognized as an authority in any of those areas. The “settlements”, which the UN refers to, are some of Israel’s most treasured ancient Holy Cities, such as Judea and Samaria. This Holy Land is referred to as the “West Bank” in order to deny Israel’s 4,000 year old Biblical claim to these cities.

I have stated in many articles, that NOT ONE strip of Land in Israel belongs to the Palestinians. Not one centimeter. Still the United Nations constantly refers to Israel as an “occupier”. The Israelis are not occupying anything. This is a nearly half century old lie which blatantly ignores thousands of years of history. The Holy Bible is crystal clear whom the Land belongs to, and that is the Jews, NOT muslims. In reality, the Palestinians and Islamic nations neighboring the Jewish State are ALL occupying land which Almighty God says belongs to ISRAEL.

The Quran of Islam mentions Jerusalem “0” times. ZERO. While the Holy Bible on the other hand, predating the Quran by 3,000 years at least, mentions Jerusalem as Israel’s ETERNAL Capital over “930” times! Nearly ONE THOUSAND times. Not long after that despicable UNESCO resolution, the most anti-Israel president of ALL-TIME, Barack Hussein Obama, allowed the UN Security Council to adopt a resolution that harshly condemned Israeli “settlement” construction, and stated that the land should be given to Palestine for their future “State”.

Obama’s decision to not veto the measure broke with longstanding American policy of protecting the Jewish State in the anti-Israel United Nations. A statement from Christians United For Israel (CUFI) said it best today, that “We become too complacent assuming that the US will always stand with Israel, today on an international stage the US did not!” For decades, and increasingly more each year, the UN has only been united on one thing for certain, and that is hatred of the Jewish State.

In the Israeli-Palestinian conflict the global body has always been biased against Israel, while forcefully pushing the agenda of the murderous Palestinians. The reason for such overwhelming bias is that a majority of the member states represent nations which are predominantly Islamic. That certainly explains why the UN is a hotbed of anti-Semitism, as Islam has never been fond of the Jews. Also, the UN, through its accreditation of non-governmental organizations (NGOs), is also secretly promoting anti-semitism, violence against Jews, and the destruction of the Jewish state.

Here are just a few of the vile things that United Nations NGOs are spewing today:

These are just a few of the many anti-Israel UN-accredited NGOs, which also wipe Israel off of all their maps, replacing it with “Palestine”. For some odd reason, after all of these anti-Israel actions, the United States is STILL funding the United Nations. So, in turn, our taxpayer dollars are contributing to the neverending attacks on God’s Chosen Nation by the Islamic-dominated UN. The Trump Administration has threatened to withhold funding, and some U.S. Senators like Ted Cruz have called for defunding the wicked organization completely. I’m with Ted.

The time for threats and talk is over. The powers that be at the UN obviously do not believe that the U.S. would ever withhold or remove funding, so it’s about time we make sure that they know we mean business. The UN was founded to “keep peace” in the world, but today the global body cares nothing about peace. They only care about making WAR on the Jewish State. Well, if the United Nations truly wants war with Israel, then they can HAVE IT. They can have it with US American Christians and Jews. When anyone declares war on Israel’s greatest Ally, they are also declaring war on every Holy Bible believer WORLDWIDE.
