INVEST IN ISRAEL: My Top 40 Israeli Stocks & A 3-Step Biblical Plan For Financial Security

Right out of the gate, I want to make clear that the best way to guarantee a financially secure future for yourself and your family is to faithfully pay your tithes to God. Many Christians and Jews today do not pay their Biblically-mandated tithes and, for that matter, some do not even know what a “tithe” is. To pay a tithe to God, you are to give 10% of the earnings which He has blessed you with to your church, synagogue, or a charity. I have done this for years, even when I could not afford to give my tithe, and The LORD has always proved faithful and provided for my every need. Even when I was in times of financial hardship, and bills were piling up, I still always treated my tithe like a bill that must be paid before anything else. I have lived by Faith and not by sight, and I’ve always made it a point to put GOD FIRST. He has rewarded me for it every time. Even though, on occasion, it meant having to take money from other bills in order to do so, I still made my tithe priority #1. I was able to do so because I believed God’s promise in Malachi 3:10 –

“Bring all of the tithes into the storehouse, that there may be meat in MY House, and PROVE ME now herewith, saith The Lord of hosts, if I will not open for you the windows of Heaven, and pour you out a BLESSING, that there shall not be room enough to receive it.”

Since I began to trust God’s Word as 100% truth 100% of the time, though I may have had rough patches as we all do, I have never went without a roof over my head, food in my cupboards, or drinks in the fridge. Throughout every season of trouble, I would always proclaim the words “The LORD provides”, and would profess my trust in Him. I was never disappointed. As a father cares for his children, so to does God care for all of His children in need. He will never let you go without if you always put Him first in your life. I can testify. He has never let me down, and I can guarantee that He never will. For God is always faithful even when us poor sinners are not.

Now that I have addressed the most important piece of advice to obtaining long term financial security, I want to share my other Biblically-inspired steps for obtaining The LORD’s financial blessings. #1 is to TITHE. #2, which can go hand in hand with number one, is CHARITY. If you live your life faithfully paying your tithes and being charitable, you will never go without anything in this life. I can say that with all certainty. #3 is just as important as the first two steps, but most Christians do not take the Biblical Mandate as seriously as they should. The third step is to BLESS ISRAEL and the Jewish people.

There are many ways a Christian can do this, and it doesn’t always involve finances. You can bless the Jewish State, God’s Chosen Nation, through regular prayer, through advocacy, or through defending the Jewish people and Israel from anti-semitic attacks. Or, you can bless them financially and, in turn, God will bless you financially. I’ve learned that nothing you ever give to bless Israel is given in vain. God ALWAYS repays you in full, threefold, sevenfold, tenfold, or even a hundredfold. He is so faithful to His promises in His Word of Truth. God loves Israel over ALL nations of the world, and if you are provoked to jealousy by that statement then you are not reading your Holy Bible enough. No one can read the Bible, front to back, and come away with any opinion other than… God created Israel – God has chosen Israel – God loves Israel – God defends Israel – God will bless those who bless Israel, and He will curse those who curse them.

That is why, years ago, He inspired me to start doing everything that I possibly could to bless Israel. I first started by finding trusted pro-Israel charities, such as CUFI (Christians United For Israel) or IFCJ (International Fellowship of Christians and Jews). Yet, God was still urging me to do more for His chosen people. That is when I started seeking out Israeli products on American store shelves. I started faithfully buying my shower soap and cologne from companies like “Ahava” or “Ein Gedi”, or I would check the Kosher section in grocery stores to find any foods “Made In Israel”. All of you should visit your local grocery store, and you’ll find that 75% of the products in their Kosher section are most likely made in Israel. It is a simple affordable way to support Israel on a weekly, even daily basis.

Finally, as I said that God inspires me to do more and more for His beloved Jewish State, I recently decided to investigate Israeli stocks which are traded in America. I had never been interested in the stock market whatsoever until last year, when I had discovered that there were dozens of Israeli companies trading on the NYSE. I became very interested in investing. Many people invest in the stock market to gamble, others roll with a few stocks for retirement, but how many people invest in the stock market to be blessed by God?? That’s right, I said invest “to be BLESSED by God”! Let me explain…

Throughout the first Book of the Holy Bible, Genesis, God constantly repeats the same message, and He does so nearly a half dozen times. When God repeats something, He’s letting us know that it is something of great importance that must be remembered. The message you find repeated, throughout the pages of Genesis, is His promise to Abraham, Isaac and Jacob (Israel). It begins in Chapter 12:2-3, when God said, “I will make of you a great Nation, and I will bless you, and make your name great; and you shall be a blessing: And I will bless them that bless you, and curse him that curseth you: and IN YOU shall all families of the earth be BLESSED.”

All of us know these verses, but have any of you ever really focused on that last line? “IN YOU (Israel) shall ALL families of the earth be BLESSED.” God is saying that if any nation of the earth desires to be blessed, they can only obtain the blessing THROUGH Israel. Nations of the earth are either blessed or cursed depending on how they treat the Jewish State. Not only does this verse refer to nations, but individuals as well, as God said “all FAMILIES of the earth”. So you, me, our pro-Israel brothers and sisters, or the anti-Israel advocates, anti-semites and nazis, will ALL determine the fate of our lives by the SAME STANDARD: “Genesis 12:3”. We will either be blessed or cursed according to how WE treat Israel. It is no secret, and is written in stone for all ages, that GOD LOVES ISRAEL. Because God loves Israel, He blesses them far more than they could ask or imagine, He fulfills His every promise to them, and He makes sure that the rest of the world takes notice that HE is blessing THEM.

Israel has long been dubbed the “Innovation Nation”. Just last year, though being one of the tiniest nations on earth, Israel was ranked the 2nd Most Innovative Country In the World! Switzerland, the number one ranked country, had a score of 5.8, only 0.1 above Israel, who scored 5.7. Out of all 247 nations of the world, Israel has the highest concentration of engineers and PhD degree holders per capita in the world, beating even the USA. So, while we Americans like to think of ourselves as the most Blessed Nation in the history of the world, there will ALWAYS be one nation blessed just a little bit more, and that’s ISRAEL. Again, if you are a believer, you should not let that provoke you to jealousy, but you should rather desire for America to bless Israel more and more each day, that our Nation may share in their many blessings. That desire is what led me to stake my future financial security on God’s promises and to invest in His Chosen Nation.

Many of our favorite gadgets were invented in Israel. The Jewish State was responsible for the creation of the iPhone, Playstation, flip-top cell phones, keyboards for smart phones, Intel Pentium chips, the ability to print straight from your computer, the flash drive, the chip in the iPad, the operating system that runs the Amazon Kindle, and the 3D sensor in Xbox gaming systems, just to name a few! Now you see why they are called the Innovation Nation, and how they are fulfilling God’s Promise to be a blessing to the entire WORLD. They are currently working day and night to find a cure for cancer, to give sight to the blind, to help paraplegics walk again, and are leading the pack in self-driving car technology. Then there’s the miracle of the “Arava Desert”. Thanks to Israel’s mastery of drip irrigation, 65% percent of Israel’s vegetable exports are coming from the Arava DESERT. This fulfills yet another Biblical Prophecy, as the driest parts of the desert today are BLOOMING.

“… Thus saith The LORD, the desert shall rejoice, and blossom as the rose… Behold, I will do a new thing.. I will even make rivers in the desert… For The LORD shall comfort ZION (Israel): He will comfort all her waste places; and He will make her wilderness like Eden, and her desert like the garden of The LORD.” – Isaiah 35:1, 43:19-20, 51:3

After seeing just how much God has blessed, continues to bless, and will forever bless His Nation Israel, I decided to start “putting my money on ISRAEL”. I know that in order to ensure a financially secure future, I need to put my money in the ONLY Place on earth that is guaranteed the blessings of God and a prosperous future. As Israel is blessed, I too will be BLESSED, as I trust in God’s promise in Genesis. Thus, after much study, I compiled a list of what I believe to be the 40 BEST Israeli Stocks trading on the American Market today. The top 3 are what I call long-term investments, meaning I plan to hold them for a very long time, and I would advise you to do the same. While I’m not a stockbroker or financial adviser, I trust God’s Word that as we bless Israel, we will be blessed. I believe investing in these stocks would be wise.

Before you invest in any of these stocks though, I must advise that you only invest what you can afford to invest, and do not gamble with stocks. Rather, wisely divide your money between at least 3-7 of them, and monitor them daily or weekly. I believe most of these stocks will go much higher over time, but in the short term we have to worry about greedy gamblers who love to sell off stocks to make a quick buck. The key to safe trading in a volatile market is to buy the stocks near their “lows”. If any of your stocks start falling too much, sell them, and buy them back cheaper the next day. If you buy them at low enough prices as I try to do, you don’t have to worry when the market panics and stocks tank. Be wise with the money that God has blessed you with. INVEST IT. Don’t gamble it.
