Obama Abandons Israel At United Nations: U.S. President Allows Anti-Israel Resolution To PASS

Earlier this year I warned about president Obama’s plot to do great harm to Israel one last time before he leaves Office. I reported back in March that sources close to the president revealed that he was weighing options on how he could betray America’s greatest Ally. One of the options which the president was considering was supporting a United Nations Security Council resolution which would define the terms for the creation of “Palestine”, or a resolution targeting what the UN calls “Jewish settlements”. Obama would either vote in favor of one of these anti-Israel resolutions, or allow one of the measures to pass by not vetoing it. Obama did exactly that this afternoon, and on the eve of Hanukkah no less! The Obama administration allowed the UN Security Council to adopt a resolution today that harshly condemned Israeli “settlement” construction, and stated that the land should be given to Palestine for their future “State”.

Obama’s decision to not veto the measure broke with longstanding American policy of protecting the Jewish State in the anti-Israel United Nations. A statement from Christians United For Israel (CUFI) said it best today, that “We become too complacent assuming that the US will always stand with Israel, today on an international stage the US did not!”

In the UN, the United States has traditionally used it’s veto power, as a Security Council permanent member, to block any resolutions wrongfully condemning Israel. Though after 8 years of Obama’s failed “peace plan” for Israel and Palestine, the Israeli government recently expressed concern that the outgoing president would take unfriendly action against the Jewish State to leave his mark on the Middle East.

Sadly, Israel was right to worry, because as history has proven, Barack Hussein Obama has been the most ANTI-Israel president of ALL-TIME. So unfortunately, today was not a surprise to me, and most likely not a surprise to America’s greatest Ally either. Israeli officials have publicly and RIGHTFULLY slammed the Obama administration for not opposing the resolution. He betrayed America’s best friend on the world stage, and he should be ASHAMED. One senior Israeli official said –

“President Obama and Secretary (John) Kerry are behind this shameful move against Israel at the UN. President Obama could have declared his willingness to veto this resolution in an instant, but instead he was pushing it, (and allowed it to pass). This is an ABANDONMENT of Israel which breaks decades of US policy of protecting Israel at the UN and undermines the prospects of working with the next administration of advancing peace.”

Another official said, “The US administration secretly cooked up with the Palestinians an extreme anti-Israeli resolution behind Israel’s back which would be a tailwind for terror and boycotts and effectively make the Western Wall occupied Palestinian territory.” Meanwhile top Palestinian official Saeb Erekat said on Thursday, prior to the UN vote, “A U.S. veto means support of Israel.”

And now today, after Obama declined to veto, everything I’ve told the world for 8 long years about Barack Obama has been proven true; that he does NOT support Israel, but is the most anti-Israel president EVER. God forgive Americans for ever putting him in Office. The UN resolution, which Obama allowed to pass, calls on Israel to “immediately and completely cease all ‘settlement’ activities in the ‘occupied’ Palestinian territory, including East Jerusalem.”

Not only is this language anti-Israel, but it is ANTI-GOD. The Land which the UN calls Palestinian territory was given to Israel by The LORD around 4,000 years ago as an EVERLASTING possession. Jerusalem is HIS Holy City given solely to the Jews as their Capital, NOT Allah’s City and NOT muslim property. The text of the resolution wrongly refers to the “West Bank” and eastern sections of Jerusalem as “Palestinian territory occupied since 1967.”

In reality, the Palestinians have NEVER had a “State” in what is today referred to as the “West Bank” or eastern Jerusalem, and they have NEVER been legally recognized as an authority in any of those areas. The “settlements”, which Obama and the UN refer to as the “West Bank”, are some of Israel’s most treasured ancient Holy Cities, such as Judea and their Capital City, Jerusalem.

This Holy Land is referred to as the “West Bank” in order to deny Israel’s 4,000 year old Biblical claim to these cities. I have stated in many articles, that NOT ONE strip of Land in Israel belongs to the Palestinians. Not one centimeter. Still Obama and the United Nations constantly refer to Israel as an “occupier”. The Israelis are not occupying anything. This is a nearly half century old lie which blatantly ignores thousands of years of history.

The Holy Bible is crystal clear whom the Land belongs to, and that is the Jews, NOT muslims. In reality, the Palestinians and Islamic nations neighboring the Jewish State are ALL occupying land which Almighty God says belongs to ISRAEL. Also, the Quran of Islam mentions Jerusalem “0” times. ZERO. While the Holy Bible on the other hand, predating the Quran by 3,000 years at least, mentions Jerusalem as Israel’s ETERNAL Capital over “930” times! Nearly ONE THOUSAND times.

The United Nations and Barack Obama obviously care nothing about God Almighty and His Eternal Word of Truth, the Holy Bible. Just a few months ago, the UN agency, UNESCO, adopted another anti-Israel resolution, and that particular resolution was not only an attempt to delegitimize the Jewish State, but to also erase and REWRITE HISTORY. The crooked UN uplifted Islam and the desires of muslims over Judaism, Christianity and Biblical Truth. UNESCO passed a resolution which denied Jewish connection to JERUSALEM.

The UN officially disregarded Israel’s Biblical, archaeological, and historical claims to the Holy City, along with two of Judaism’s Holiest sites. The UN now refers to the Temple Mount and the Western Wall by Muslim names, and no longer in Hebrew or English terms. A special section of the resolution claims the sites are now only sacred to the Islamic faith. What blatant utter falsehood and disgraceful denial of world history!

The Temple Mount is the holiest site in Judaism, as it is believed to be the place where God’s Divine Presence is manifested more than any other place on earth. The Holy Bible refers to the Holy Hill as Mount Zion, where both Jewish Holy Temples stood. The Western Wall is what remains of the 2nd Temple. To say that either of these Holy Sites have no connection to the Jews or to Israel is to not only deny the Holy Bible, but with it, 4,000 years of recorded human history.

As of 2016, the UN Security Council has already passed nearly 250 resolutions against Israel, which is FAR more than they have against any other nation of the world. Last year, the UN General Assembly adopted 20 resolutions singling out Israel, and only THREE resolutions on the rest of the world combined. The 3 were comprised of ONE against Syria (a regime that murdered more than 200,000 of its own people), just ONE against Iran, and a measly ONE against North Korea.

So, 20 resolutions condemning the Middle East’s only democracy, and only THREE against the world’s most brutal, murderous and dangerous regimes. In the past decade, Israel has been condemned by the UNHRC over 60 times. More than all other Nations COMBINED. Think about that, and let it sink in. In the same period, the UN condemned Syria less than 20 times, Iran only 5 times, North Korea less than 10 times, and Russia, Saudi Arabia, Cuba, and China, a whopping 0 times. ZERO!!!

The unGodly international body known as the United Nations, while masquerading as a global organization promoting peace and human rights, is nothing more than a biased and corrupt tool of the devil used to threaten God’s Chosen Nation. Meanwhile, as Obama threw Israel to the demonic wolves of the UN today, he also spit in the Face of God. The current U.S. president and the United Nations have poked God in the Eye hundreds of times in the past decade, and today’s targeted attack on His people Israel may cause His wrath to boil over.

Thank God that an incoming Republican government in the United States will hopefully reset the long treasured relationship between America and Israel, and Lord willing stand unapologetically with the Jewish State. I pray that they undo all of the damage which the sitting anti-Israel president has done, and leave the United Nations once and for all.

America should not continue to fund nor be any part of such an anti-semitic, anti-Israel, God-hating, and Biblically-hostile organization. Unfortunately, Obama’s despicable abandonment of Israel today may bring disastrous judgments upon the USA before the next administration even takes office. While I certainly have never been a fan of President-Elect Donald Trump, and don’t trust him to keep all of the promises which he has made to Christians and to Israel, he will certainly be much better than Barack Obama.

After today, virtually ANY Republican and even most Democrats would be a much better friend to Israel, which is what God’s Chosen people DESERVE. If America continues to abandon the Nation of Israel, then Almighty God will ABANDON AMERICA. Mark my words.
